Decent college with good campus and hostel life, teachers are mild, exam dates are unpredictable.
Placements: Most of the students from our batch got placed, with the percentage being around 70 to 80%. The highest package offered is decent for freshers, while the lowest is an entry level offer, and the average package remained moderate. Top recruiters included IT companies, consultancies, and a few startups. Around 40 to 50% of students also received internship opportunities in companies related to tech, marketing, and finance, which gave them good exposure. The top roles offered are Software Developer, Data Analyst, Business Development Associate, and Management Trainee. Overall, placements were satisfactory, though more core companies could still be included in the future.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well maintained with facilities like Wi-Fi, computer labs, spacious classrooms, and a big library with plenty of reference materials. Projectors and smart boards are available in some classes, which makes learning easier. The hostel is inside the campus and has decent facilities with a clean mess providing both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. The food quality is fairly good compared to other hostels, though it can still be repetitive at times. Medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, approachable, and helpful in clearing doubts. They make sure students understand the concepts, although sometimes teaching quality depends on the individual faculty. The curriculum is designed to be industry relevant, covering the basics and advanced concepts needed for higher studies or jobs. Semester exams are not very difficult if you study regularly, and the pass percentage is generally high. Students who prepare properly find exams manageable, though last minute preparation can be tricky. The curriculum could include more practical exposure, but overall, it keeps students on track with current industry requirements.
Other: I chose this course because it provides a strong foundation in management and technology, along with opportunities for internships and placements. The best part about the course is the balance between academics, events, and practical exposure. One thing that could improve is including more hands on projects and industry collaborations. Events and fests are well organized, and the campus has a good crowd. Scholarships and extracurricular activities also add to the overall experience. Connectivity and surroundings are decent, and overall, the course offers a good mix of learning and personal growth.

Our college has good infrastructure and teachers.
Placements: The placement scenario of our college is not good. Many companies stopped visiting our college because of covid. Our college provides good placement opportunities for MBA and PGDM courses. You have to learn skills by yourself because they won't help you. Students have to find internships and placements by themselves.
Infrastructure: Our campus is small. Classrooms are equipped with air-conditioners, smart boards, speakers, and mics. Classrooms are one of the best in Bhubaneswar. Labs are average. The Wi-Fi facility is not good. Hostels are not good. They won't provide any facilities even after complaining. Previously, the Wi-Fi was good. The library is basic. It has a lot of spiritual books along with course books, regular newspapers, and magazines. Hostels are situated very far. The hostel provides personal bathrooms and regular cleaning services. The hostel rooms are large and well-ventilated. The hostel rooms are equipped with air-conditioners. They are affordable. The canteen is average. Our college provides facilities for games like badminton, gully cricket, billiards, and TT. Music is promoted by the club. The music club has drums, guitars, etc.
Faculty: Many teachers are knowledgeable in their fields. They teach using PPTs and boards. Exams are conducted regularly in a disciplined way. They are friendly. The course curriculum is not up-to-date, but students can learn many things by themselves. Our college organises industrial visits.

Regional College of Management: Overall point of view of a student.
Placements: Placements are not satisfied here. Only a few students with excellent academics get placed here that too in small-scale pay. The college also doesn't provide internships to students. It's a good college for an MBA or MCA but not good for a BCA in my opinion.
Infrastructure: The course is very high for BCA. They charge almost 3 LPA for 3 years, Rs. 40,000 per year for 2 bedrooms, and Rs. 30,000 per year for 3 bedrooms. Hostel rooms are decent, but the discipline in the hostel is not good. They do not provide good mess food.
Faculty: Faculty is good here. They teach you whatever the course demands. They are friendly. The curriculum has less loads on students of the BCA course. They conduct 2 internal exams for each semester. Viva and practical systems are good. Exams are also conducted smoothly.

Not upto the expectations.
Placements: About eighty percent of students were placed in our course, the highest package offered was eight Lacs to the lowest being four Lacs. As per the last year, top recruiting companies include flipkart, deloitte etc. Almost ninety percent of students secure internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average, including all the basic facilities. The classrooms are not huge, but can accomodate forty to fifty students. Wi-fi is more of an issue as it is not provided for the students and only available near offices. Also, wi-fi is not provided for the hostellers. Labs and library are also moderate.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and they try to be helpful. The teaching quality is not very high or upto expectations. Sometimes it becomes difficult to understand what they are saying due to poor pronunciations. The difficulty level of the exams depend on the extent of the student's preparations.

Review of Regional College of Management.
Placements: Right now, RCM is giving placements in the BBA with a good salary. If 18-20 students are sitting for placements, then a minimum of 8 students get placed who are good enough. They are my seniors so I am seeing them right now how they prepare for GD and PI and how they are trained.
Infrastructure: The hostel is not too good or bad. It is lively. The inn-time of the hostel is 10 PM at night, so it is amazing. The warden is also okay. If we are late then we will just have to call the warden and tell them that we will be a little late for entering the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are not too good. Exams schedule, and everything is worse. They don't tell us when we are having exams. They will not give any notice of holiday, and 1.2 days back they will tell and give notice. There is no matter how much we ask them about exams or holidays.
Other: Festivals like Diwali and Holi are organised here. Everything is being celebrated very nicely over here.
