The infrastructure is good. Smart classrooms are available. The library is open for 15 hours from 09:00 AM to 12:00 AM. The hostel serves good-quality food. The canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games are also available.
Faculty: In the Rustamji Institute of Technology, the electronics and communication department teachers are very helpful and well-qualified. They are PhD holders and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is wonderful. The course curriculum is not relevant, and it does not make students industry-ready. The college provides extra support to make students industry-ready. Our college is affiliated with RGPV University. Semester exams are normal. The pass percentage is 98%.

Rustamji Institute- Be your own light.
Placements: The condition of placements this year is not much good. The companies are likely to visit the campus, and the students are finding it very difficulties. But students with strong abilities and skills can go through various channels like off-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good reason. The Wi-Fi availability is better, and labs are better equipped. The library expansion is also under progress. With the introduction of new tenders, the hostel facility and the quality of food are also improved. The medical facilities are great, and since the college is run by the BSF administration, the sports and games are also well taken care of.
Faculty: The faculty of this college is qualified and very helpful. Although they like practical and on ground knowledge, but they are highly supportive. The curriculum make highly relevant to the industry, and there is not much pressure to pass the semester examinations. The pass percentage also ranges between 95 to 98.

It is an average college and there is no guarantee for placements.
Placements: About 30% of students get placed. The highest package is 8 LPA and the lowest package is 1.5 LPA. Trident is the top recruiting company for our course. Some average companies offer internships. Mostly, sales companies are interested in recruiting students. Capgemini and Siemens are the most popular companies in the college for the regulation of students.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi available in classrooms, but in the library, Wi-Fi is available. The average quality of food is available in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities are available. Small ground is available for playing cricket, football, basketball, etc. Sports league is not conducted by the college.
Faculty: Some teachers are PhD holders, and some teachers are masters. The teaching qualities are good. Semester exams in the college are easy. Some students have some backlogs, but mostly, students pass semester exams. Fair exams are conducted in the college with strict invigilation.
Other: I chose this course because ECE graduates can work in a variety of industries like telecommunication, robotics, aerospace, automotive, and electronics. The demand for professionals in these fields is continually growing.

My college - Rustamji Institute of Technology.
Placements: I am currently pursuing my degree in electronics and communication engineering. It is an amphibious course and students choose both software and hardware domains for placements. Almost 75% of students got placed in electronics. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The course is divided into 8 semesters for four years. The library and classes are fully Wi-Fi equipped. Classrooms are smart. The infrastructure of this college is modern and lush green. This college is run by BSF personnel and staff members, so the discipline is at the top level. Students participate and win at various levels in this college.
Faculty: Faculty members of this college are satisfactorily qualified according to the AICTE curriculum. They are helpful to students throughout the academic. The course curriculum is not so relevant looking at today's modern-day requirements but one can excel at their potential.
Other: I got two options on the basis of my marks scored in the JEE Main exam and senior secondary examination. I chose electronic as it has a wide scope in the upcoming 10 years.

Review of Rustamji Institute of Technology.
Placements: The course curriculum of this college is based on the All India Council of Technical Education programme. This college provides on-campus placement for the pass-out batches and the majority of the students get placed in well-reputed organizations. We also get an internship from the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very good and based on modern architecture. The ambience of this college is natural. All the classrooms are smart classes and are monitored by a CCTV camera. The software laboratory of this college is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi.
Faculty: More than fifty percent of the faculty members of this college are doctorates and highly qualified professionals. The course curriculum of this college makes a student professional and ready for their hunt for on-campus and off-campus placement. The pass percentage of this college is above 90 percent.

Not satisfied with the faculty and management.
Placements: Session : 2020-2024 About more than 50% of the students got placed. The highest package was 18 lacs. The lowest package was 2 lacs as an intern. The average package is around 3-5 lacs. The top recruiting companies include Trident, Siemens, Risposta, DeltaX, and many more. About 90% of students got internships from different companies, like Risposta and others, mostly sales and service companies. There is depreciation in core companies campus visits, which is really dangerous and not a good sign for the future of college. Most top roles include graduate engineer trainees and assistant engineers.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is quite good, as it consists of the following features: good Wi-Fi on campus, both wired and wireless. Proper lab equipment and devices are available with a qualified lab assistant, along with faculty guidelines. Also, there is a golden study place named 'Library' that is available to read and write. Thank you.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are qualified from Tier-II colleges and are not so active towards teaching; otherwise, they have good knowledge. Overall, teachers have an average rating. The course curriculum is maintained as per RGPV guidelines. The semester exam level is easy to moderate. And you need at least 30% marks to pass the exam. Thank you.

I am not satisfied because of the organisation of the college.
Placements: At our college, only 5% of students are placed on campus. Off-campus placements are good. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Bull Machine, Audi, etc., visit our campus. The top role offered is a technician.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available. Labs are not well-equipped. Classrooms are good. Library facilities are good. The campus is small. The quality of the food in the mess is not good. We play football, cricket, and basketball.
Faculty: Our teachers are not supportive. They are knowledgeable but they do not contribute at all to the development of students. The teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is old and irrelevant. Semester exams are not good.

I am absolutely satisfied with the college. The infrastructure, facilities, and all are amazing.
Placements: Around 75% of students are placed. Top recruiting companies include TCS, IBM, Audi, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bajaj, and many more. Students are encouraged to get internships in their third year of college.
Infrastructure: The college and hostel has its own Wi-Fi, the library is wide and has almost every book one need. The labs are very well-equipped. As the college is undertaken by the BSF so the management is very strict about every aspect of college and the hostel. So you will find everything very well managed. The hostel has its own grounds like basketball, badminton. The quality of food is amazing as it is managed by the BSF authorities.
Faculty: The college has the best faculty members one can have in the city. Faculty members are highly qualified. Most of the faculty members and HoDs are Ph.D. holders from top institutions in the country, mainly IITs. The teaching methods of faculty members are amazing. Semester exams are not that tough, though it's on students to get their doubts clear and study. The college has tied up with IBM and Amazon for the students to get certification in various courses. These courses will enable the students to gain knowledge and do well in their upcoming jobs.
Other: Our branch is electronics and communication, and the country is on its way to welcoming 5G, and the work on semiconductors has started. So, the course is definitely something that the market will demand. The top course offered by the college is B.Tech in Automobile Engineering. It is one of the best colleges for this branch. The college conducts various events. It has many clubs to participate in and enhance your knowledge, like the robotics club, automobile club, and many others. The college has some other services, including NCC, NSS, and others. The seats are limited, so there is not a large crowd on the campus.
