They should produce Original Nativity Certificate. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply. Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced. Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognised institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile. Other State candidates who have studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply. |

RVS Technical Campus offers good facilities, supportive faculty, and friendly environment.
Placements: Around 80 percent of students got placed. The salary package is 10 LPA. Top companies are recruiting our students. About 85 percent of students got internships in my course. Top roles are also offered, like security analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: There is a Wi-Fi-enabled campus and Wi-Fi computer labs with AC, and classrooms are clean and neat for studying. There is a central library where you can find all kinds of books. We have a big spacious mess where around 700 students can eat at the same time. There is a massive nearby canteen with good quality food, and the hostel has all premium facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are always helpful to clear all doubts and are ready to help a student get placed. They are qualified and knowledgeable. Each one of them has amazing teaching skills. All courses make the student industry-ready. Exams are not that difficult if we study the questions given by the staff.
Other: As per my own interest, I chose this course. The best thing about this course is that studying becomes easier with these teachers and friends. There are inter-college events and green surroundings, and the college provides scholarships and celebrates festivals.

Placements are okay, and the faculty members are good.
Placements: I don't know exactly what percentage of students get placed, but I think 88% of students get placed. The highest salary is Rs. 50,000 per month, and the lowest salary is Rs. 30,000 per month. Above 80% of students got internships from our course. The top role offered is in artificial intelligence.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good, but the food is average. It has food courts, and the food served is awesome. Hostelers need to pay for the food. The hostel facilities are okay. Girls' hostels are good compared to boys'. The hostel is very strict, and no one can go outside without permission.
Faculty: Faculty members are good at communication. The teaching skills are very good, but some of them just teach by watching YouTube videos. In the lab hours, we will not do anything, and we will just waste time. They do not care about that, and we need to write the programs in notes.

Placements: 70% of students got placed in our college. The highest package offered by our college is 1.50 LPA. The lowest package is Rs 50,000. The average package is Rs 25,000. HCL is top recruiting company in our college. 65% of students got internships at HCL. AI tool developer is the top role offered in our course.
Infrastructure: The facility and infrastructure are available for our course and department like Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms. Library is very clean and very nicely built. The quality of facility in our hostel is strong. The quality of food is awesome in the mess. Medical facilities are also very accessible.
Faculty: The teaching quality in our college is very nice. They are very helpful and we earn more knowledge day by day. The course curriculum is very relevant and it makes the students industry-ready to face the world. It will make the students more confident to accept the challenge.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of its faculty members, not bad placements in 2024.
Placements: In our college, more than 45% of students are placed. In our college, the highest package is 4.2 LPA. The lowest package is 2.4 LPA. Our college does not give internships but students are going to internship programs in companies online and offline.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good, not bad. Infrastructure is very nice and many colleges are around our campus. Classrooms are not bad and the library is also not bad. The hostels are not bad, and mess food is good.
Faculty: In our college, teachers are helpful and staffs are well qualified. They provide good teaching skills. Exams are very difficult in our college. The pass percentage is not bad but the students are trying for good marks in examinations. In our college, pass percentage is 60% to 75%. Faculty members are well-qualified and friendly staffs are there.
Other: I chose this course because my aim to become a data analyst or data scientist.

I am not satisfied because of placements.
Placements: Not satisfied with my college placements because there are not many top companies for recruitment. Maybe in future, our college will provide 3 or 4 higher packages salary. Right now the highest package salary is 10 to 12 lacs per annum. Me and my friends are not satisfied with placement classes just for basics only.
Infrastructure: There is not much hygiene and taste at my college hostel like other hostels and not worth for money either. Especially there are only two canteens and one tea shop all are handled by one contractor. Canteen food is also not much taste. One hopeful thing is the food court and the last one is course details. In my college, the staff handles their jobs fantastically but there is only a few labs are available. So of course, you can join.
Faculty: Faculty members are good but have less interaction with students. They will help us with whatever we need but only if we ask volunteers. Not much curriculum is provided. Exams are conducted eventually. The faculty members monitor our progress. If asked by us they will also help by giving project ideas.
Other: I am neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. Hope you will just study here for a degree. Maybe there will be an improvement in placement in a few years. I think I should have chosen the college wisely. Our college got its autonomous status a few months ago.
