The curriculum is really excellent, dissatisfied because there are no events, otherwise good.
Placements: Above 85 percent of the students got placed. In 2023, 97 percent of students were placed. The lowest package is 5 LPA, and the highest is 95 LPA. Recruiting companies are Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys, and Google. 50-60 percent of students got internships. Roles offered are software developer and data analyst.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available, like Wi-Fi with a specific user ID and password, labs, classrooms, and library. The hostel facilities are good. The hostel food is only vegetarian, and it is average. They give importance to sports. Medical facilities are also available and 24/7 ambulance facility is available.
Faculty: All faculty members are experienced and qualified. The teaching quality is good, and it is relevant to the industry. It is very useful to be placed in top companies. The semester exams are a little bit harder. The average pass percentage is above 75-80 percent.
Other: Computer Science courses are now developing today, which makes me choose this course. Everything is good, there is nothing to improve. There are no events, they mainly focus on study, which is the biggest issue in our college.

Placement, hostel, and infrastructure are all excellent, but you won't have an entertainment program
Placements: Above 85 percent of the students got placed from our B.E CSE course. The top recruiting companies of our course are Microsoft, Google, and Amazon. Software development and data analyst are the top roles offered in our course. The highest package is between 55 LPA and 60 LPA, the lowest package is between 3 LPA and 4 LPA, and the average package is around 7 LPA to 8 LPA. Around 50-60 percent of students get internships during their course.
Infrastructure: I find all the facilities are useful and attractive in our course, like the Wi-Fi facilities, well-equipped labs, top-class library, and smart classes, and I couldn't find any flaws in the infrastructure of this college. In the hostel the ambulance facilities are excellent, and the canteen is also useful for necessities, and the mess is actually good in taste, but I find the variety is a little bit of a drawback, so overall it is good and healthy for consumers. The importance of sports is good, and you can find so many opportunities to participate and show your talents.
Faculty: The teachers here are caring, helpful, and supportive. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are not getting fed up with teaching the concepts again, even if we ask for it, and we can even call the teachers anytime when we have doubts about the concept. I find all teachers good and have no flaws in them.
Other: I chose B.E CSE because this course provides strong technical and good career opportunities. My interests in computers, problem-solving, and innovation motivated me to pursue this course. Though the course is good, some improvements, like more industrial collaboration, more internship opportunities for students in core companies, and practical sessions, can be made in our course. Technical symposium, hackathon, coding competitions, and the worst shop and guest lecture are the events that help students gain clarity and skills. The campus crowd is diverse and energetic. Government scholarships for eligible students are provided. All extracurricular activities like cricket, football, social services, etc., are provided.

Good for studies and bad for experience.
Placements: The highest package offered is 44 LPA at Amazon, and almost everyone got placed, but at least with 3.5 LPA-4 LPA. According to records, the average salary is 6.5 LPA, but from my respective experience, most of the students are getting placed in lower packages in mass recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, and CTS. My faculty told me that many companies come specifically for AIDS students. I don't have much interaction with my seniors because there are very few events and no cultural events to work together with seniors.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and the library are very good. Labs are decent. I faced a Wi-Fi problem in my 3rd semester, but now there are no issues, it's working fine. Hostel food is not a balanced meal (only carbohydrate, lacking in other nutrients), the taste is decently good, and the food hygiene is also good. During my first year, they didn't give much importance to sports and games, but now sports are also given little importance. 1st year students have a PT period in their regular timetable (1hr/5days). Gym infrastructure is very limited (too much crowd).
Faculty: College faculty members are decent, and the teaching quality is also decent. The faculty members are always advised to be friendly with the students so they don't feel strict or like that and there are a few exceptions as well. The industrial subjects are taught by knowledgeable industry trainers, and feedback is sought at the end of every day during industry training classes. The problem with industry classes is block teaching, which is continuous industrial training for 15 days, where many students are left out because they are super fast. Semester exams are difficult and the exam correction is the worst.
Other: I aimed for Computer Science, but during counselling, I got this course. The AIDS department gives less freedom than other departments in our college. If they remove block teaching and include the industry classes with the regular classes, that will be good. Events and fests are very rare. There is no such thing as a cultural event. Senior-junior interaction is extremely low. Scholarships are available for students who come from the government quota.

Good infrastructure and course, but no events.
Placements: More than 80 percent of students are placed from our college till now. The lowest package offered is 7 LPA and the highest package I know is 46.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Amazon, Cisco, etc. 60 percent of the students got their internship and some of them are attending other companies too. Roles offered are computer engineer, software developer, full-stack developer, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very neat and cool. It should be one of the best infrastructures in the whole of Coimbatore. The hostel facilities are good. There are some flaws, like the taste of the food, no events, no non-vegetarian foods in the hostel, and if we want, we have to buy it from the canteens. Here we have an ambulance for medical facilities. Classroom, library, and labs are all perfect.
Faculty: All the teachers are knowledgeable. They have their Ph.D. in their subjects. Their teaching is also uncompromising. The other course curriculum is very relevant to our Computer Science and Engineering course. It makes students industry-ready. The exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 80 or so.
Other: I have chosen CSE. We have no events in our college. Here we can only study, no entertainment is provided. The course they are providing is more than enough, there is nothing to improve. The only thing we need is some events for us.

Faculty members are good, and there is good campus life. A lot of good people from different culture
Placements: About 60 members were placed in this course. This course has only one batch per year. The highest package was about 44 LPA, the average package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA. Companies like Google and Chorizo hired about 10 to 15 members for Software Engineer roles. So this is all about the placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too good and top-notch. The cleanliness is next level. Wi-Fi is available both in the college and the hostel. The library is one of the largest libraries in Tamil Nadu.
Faculty: The faculty was quite good, and they would explain everything in detail. Teachers have very good knowledge about the subject, and the teaching quality was quite good, but not too good. The course is 100% relevant and includes one coding language every semester. The semester exam questions would cover the entire syllabus and are of a medium level.
Other: If you are interested in coding languages and want to do both a Bachelor's and a Master's at the same time, this course will suit you the most. You should not expect any college fests because this college is only for the curriculum.

SKCET life in short words.
Placements: Placements are good. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, etc. The placements are good, but only for limited people. Top placements would go. As the crowd is increased this year, so things can change. If you want to study well and get placed in a company, it's better compared to some colleges.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and hostel food is decent. Infrastructure is seriously good. Plants everywhere. Hostel food is decent and good, to be honest. Everyday snacks are provided. Some shops and food canteens are available here, so if you want junk food, it is available here.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, especially in studies. If you are excellent in sports, there are opportunities here too. The Krishna ground is big and superb, to be honest. Compared to other colleges, the ground is superb, and it is available on Sundays too for hostellers.
Other: I choose this course because I like Computer Science.
