Diploma is not an ideal choice.
Placements: Since a diploma is not a professional course like a B.Tech, placements from this domain are below average. Only 30-40% of students get placed. The packages offered by the companies are between 2-4 LPA. TCS is mainly recruiting from campus, along with some local state companies. No students get any internship offers on campus or off campus.
Infrastructure: This college maintains its infrastructure, which is on the balanced side. The Diploma department is not well organized. There are no proper lab facilities. If they are available, there are few chances for students to visit. Wi-Fi connection is available on campus. The classrooms are not well maintained. There are no smartboards. A central library is also there with decent seating and ambience. Hostel facilities are available for 1st-year students only. The infrastructure is not well renovated. There are old buildings. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is average and is hardly satisfying.
Faculty: Faculty is average. They are not well-qualified or knowledgeable. Therefore, their teaching method is not structured and lacks concepts. The course curriculum is not up to the mark. Many changes are required so that students become industry-ready. However, the semester exams are easy, with decent marks.
