Satisfied with the facilities provided by the college.
Placements: Almost 70 percent of the students are placed in the course. The highest package lies between 30 to 35 LPA, while the average package is between 6 to 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon and Microsoft visit the campus to hire the students. Almost all the students receive internship offer letters at the end of the course, either with a salary or some may not.
Infrastructure: Regarding infrastructure, it is an old college, so we have to compromise somewhat, but not much. They always try to provide the best facilities to the students. The library is well-equipped with air conditioning and they provide 24/7 Wi-Fi facilities. Regarding the food, some days it is good, but on other days it lies between average to good.
Faculty: Professors are very experienced and very helpful with the projects. Many of the professors are very friendly with the students. The curriculum followed by the college is definitely used for industrial purposes. The difficulty of the exam varies each year or each semester.
Other: It is definitely worth the college.

Everything is good, but we need to make some more study hours.
Placements: According to my criteria, 70 students were eligible for placements, out of which 31 students were placed, resulting in an overall placement percentage of approximately 48.4 percent. A total of 39 offers were made to CSBS students, indicating that some students received multiple offers. The highest package offered specifically for the CSBS branch was 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: The department had modern computer laboratories equipped with systems, serving each lab. They had high-speed processors and licensed software required for programming, data analytics, and business system projects. The entire academic block was supported by campus-wide high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing students to access the online learning platform, coding environment, and digital classrooms. Classrooms were normal, with one projector class and a seminar hall for presentations. The central library was a significant academic asset, offering thousands of books. The college provided separate hostels for boys and girls, designed to offer comfortable accommodation with clean rooms.
Faculty: The CSBS faculty at SRKR Engineering College was well-qualified, supportive, and generally approachable. Most teachers held M.Tech or PhD degrees and explained concepts clearly with practical examples. They guided students effectively in labs, mini-projects, and internships, which improved overall learning quality. The curriculum, designed in collaboration with TCS, was modern and industry-oriented. It combined core Computer Science subjects with Business Systems. But it is NIT-level in business skills only; it lacks technical skills. Moreover, the TCS company does not provide any help for it. It’s so difficult, and the pass mark for the subject is 28.
Other: I chose this course because it is the best computer science course. So I chose this, which had the best faculty, and the faculty was the same as the information technology department. The course is handled by the information technology department. The course needs some improvement in the college. It has festivals, like traditional and scholarship events, with around 75,000. The extracurricular activities include giving extra time to labs and English-speaking skills to improve communication.

College is very good, and the faculty is very friendly with others.
Placements: Good placement and college is offering very good courses, and the companies offer top roles in our college. There are more than 200 placements in my college. The average package at my college is 10 LPA. Students who got placed from our college at a high research centre.
Infrastructure: Hostel is not at all good. The hostel is located outside of the college. It is different from all hostels. It is very boring, and the timings are very hard and harsh. The rules are very different from other college hostels, and very boring. The hostel is very boring. There are more than a few rules, very lazy rules.
Faculty: Good faculty. They mingle with others. They are very friendly. They clarify every question and answer. Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The technical quality is very good. The semester exams are very difficult in my college.
Other: Campus life is very good. The crowd in college is heavy, the blocks are very near like a matchbox, saying that more space, but there is less space in college.

The college offers a balanced campus life with decent placements and facilities.
Placements: I am from the B. Tech CSE 2026 batch. This is my honest experience with placements. Approximately 75–80 percent of students in our course are getting placed. Placements are good for students who are regular with coding, communication skills, and college activities. Some of the major companies that visit our campus are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Capgemini, and a few startups. A couple of students also get opportunities in HCL and Tech Mahindra. About 30–40 percent of students from our course receive internship offers. These internships are mostly from companies like TCS, Infosys, and some local tech startups.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our CSE department is quite good. Classrooms are clean and spacious. The Wi-Fi works well most of the time. The computer labs have updated systems and enough resources for practical work. The library is also helpful, with good seating and access to reference books. The hostel facilities are decent. Rooms are maintained properly, and basic needs like RO water and washing areas are available. The mess food is average. Some days are good, some days not so great, but manageable. The canteen has better options for snacks. Medical support is available on campus.
Faculty: Faculty in our course is generally helpful and knowledgeable. Most teachers are well-qualified and explain the concepts clearly, especially in core subjects like Programming, DBMS, and Networking. The curriculum is mostly relevant and includes subjects that are useful for the industry, but students still need to put extra effort into coding practice and real-time projects to be fully industry-ready. The semester exams are not very difficult if you attend classes regularly and study the important units. The pass percentage is usually high, as most students clear the exams on the first attempt with proper preparation.
Other: I am from the B.Tech CSE 2026 batch. I chose this course because I always interested in technology. I want to build a career in software development. The best part of our course is that we get good exposure to programming, projects, and different technical subjects. The department also conducts workshops and coding events, which help us learn beyond the syllabus.

College has great infrastructure and faculty support, but placement opportunities are limited.
Placements: 0-80 percent of students get placed in SRKR Engineering College. The top MNCs like Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, and Accenture often visit the college to hire students. Most of the students are hired through mass hiring with these companies. Ninja offered a salary package of 3.5 LPA. The Digital offered offered a salary package of 7 LPA, Prime offered a salary package of 9 LPA; Cognizant Genc offered a salary package of 4 LPA, Genc Next offered a salary package of 5.3 LPA, Genc Pro offered a salary package of 6.2 LPA; Infosys offered a salary package of System Engineer - 3.6 LPA, Digital Special Engineer offered a salary package of 6.25 LPA, Special Programmer offered a salary package of 9.25 LPA.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available throughout the college. A separate block is allocated for the central library and digital library. Students can access those resources with a library card. Labs are equipped with modern equipment and qualified technicians. Classrooms are equipped with digital TVs and projector facilities.
Faculty: When it comes to teachers, we can somewhat expect slightly lower performance than the people from IITs and NITs. Some teachers have graduated from IITs. The curriculum is relevant to industry readiness, and semester exams are not that difficult to pass. The pass percentage may be around 80-85 percent.
Other: I am going to pass out in 2026. I've mastered backend development with the guidance of my mentor. You have to keep very low expectations when it comes to events and fests. SRKR is not much interested in such events, but such events are organized simply.

Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju Engineering College is the best college in Bhimavaram.
Placements: In 2024-2025, approximately 1600 students are placed in my college, Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju Engineering College. The highest package in the ECE branch is 29.5 LPA. The lowest package is around 2 to 2.2 LPA. The average package is 3 to 6 LPA. The top companies are TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and Cognizant. 70-80% of students get internships at Bosch and Hyundai Mobis. The top roles are VLSI engineer and embedded engineer.
Infrastructure: Our ECE department has a very good ambiance. It is situated in a three-storied building with the required number of classrooms, well-equipped libraries, and e-classrooms. The quality of the hostel is good. The quality of food is very good. There is a huge area for the canteen and mess. Dispensary rooms are available for medical issues. We have a nice indoor auditorium.
Faculty: We have experienced, helpful, and interactive faculty. Their teaching is awesome. The course curriculum is well-structured and organized. It is making students ready for industry jobs. The semester examinations are fair. The pass percentage is approximately 85 to 90%.
Other: We work with hardware and software. They use practical knowledge of integrated circuits and read boards. We can improve the software-related courses in the ECE branch. The fests and events are good.

Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible. Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB. Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission. |
| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering or any other examination recognised as equivalent there to, from a recognised Institute/ University, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana are also eligible. To get admission at SRKR engineering college, you need to qualify AP EAMCET exam with a good score and there is no other way. You can try for management quota if available.
