The colleges infrastructure is impressive.

Placements: So many students are working as Journalism May be 5-8 LPA In Tv channel Sense of community and belonging Personal growth and development opportunities So many students did their internships in multiple companies, news channel and in government fields also.

Infrastructure: classrooms with green boards, overhead projectors library with books, journals, and digital resources Clean and tidy rooms, some with kitchenettes Hygienic washrooms Modern kitchen and dining halls with clean and hygienic food Proper security Nice atmosphere .

Faculty: The campus is very lively with lots of student organizations to get involved in, and the social scene is great The career services department was very helpful in connection me with internships and job opportunities after graduation. While the academics are strong, I felt the dorms were a bit outdated and could use some improvements.

Sahyadri Arts College, Kuvempu University has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
B.A.	Students who have successfully completed two- year pre university examination (PUC) conducted by the Karnataka Pre University Board or any other equivalent examination recognised by the Kuvempu University are eligible.
BSW	Students who have successfully completed two- year pre university examination (PUC) conducted by the Karnataka Pre University Board or any other equivalent examination recognised by the Kuvempu University are eligible.
M.A.	Candidates must have passed with mentioned marks in the cognate subject at the Bachelors degree and 40% marks in the aggregate of all subjects from any recognised university.
B.Com	Students who have successfully completed two- year pre university examination (PUC) conducted by the Karnataka Pre University Board or any other equivalent examination recognised by the Kuvempu University are eligible to take admission to B.A. B.S.W, B.B.M. or B.Com Courses. Students who have passed the three - year Diploma in Commercial Secretarial Practice conducted by the Dept. of Technical Education, Govt. of Karnataka, are eligible to take admission to the III Sem B.Com directly. Such students will not avail of the benefit of exemption in any subject of the 3rd4th5thand 6th Sem of B.Com. Same is the case with students who have completed 2 year Diploma in Business Administration. They can take admission directly to the 5th Sem. of B.Com. But they have to clear the language subjects of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4thSemesters of B.Com.
