Salesian College is offering scholarships in form of tuition fee waivers in numerous categories for meritorious students and for those from the economically weaker section.
Academic Category
1. 50% waiver on tuition fee for students with 90% or more aggregate marks at the time of admission for the first semester.
2. 25% waiver on tuition fee for students with 85% or more aggregate marks at the time of admission for the first semester.
Sports Category
Those who represented the district at the State/National game along with 80% or above aggregate marks at the time of admission will get a 25% waiver on tuition fees for the first semester. Media Skills
Students with certified media skills and experience in Radio Salesian or Salesian TV along with 80% or more aggregate marks at the time of admission will get a 25% tuition fee waiver for the first semester.
BPL category students with aggregate marks of 80% or above at the time of admission are eligible for a 25% waiver on tuition fees for the first semester.
Differently Abled
Students of this category along with aggregate marks of 80% or above at the time of admission are eligible for a 25% waiver on tuition fees for the first semester.
Note: Only first five students in each category will be awarded scholarships in each department.

Yes, even if you are from Odisha you are still eligible to apply to Salesian College. Since English is the primary language of instruction, learning Bengali should not have a major impact on your academic performance. Bengali may be used in regular conversations but knowing a few fundamental phrases
