Review of my college, Shantiniketan.

Placements: 50–60% of students are selected on campus and the average package was 2 lakh per year. The top recruiting company was Maruti, among many others. Most students were selected as company supervisors as freshmen in the quality maintenance department. The lowest package was 1.5 lakh per year.

Infrastructure: The free Wi-Fi lab facility was good, the classroom environment was good and a library facility was also available. Indoor and outdoor sports complexes were available. The canteen food service was good; it was available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The college infrastructure is good; lab facilities, machines and expert teachers are available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality was good. The college will conduct an industrial visit as per schedule. Passing the semester exam is not difficult because teachers will give their 100% effort during studies due to all questions we will answer.

Other: Overall, the college was good.

It is a good private engineering college.

Placements: This college is well connected to every big city of West Bengal. Every year many students got placed in many well-known companies with average salary packages and average benefits all over India. Generally, students get a job of diploma engineer trainee initially.

Infrastructure: Our college is well equipped with modern laboratory equipment and has a sufficient number of classrooms and laboratories. Our college has a huge computer lab room where a sufficient number of computers are available for students. Our college also has quite good library facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are experienced but not very much. They are generally young teachers, and they have quite good knowledge of their domains. Their behaviour is very good and friendly. They also encourage us to groom our soft skills and to do many courses needed in the industry.
