It is good for a graduate degree. Improvement in theory classes and placements is needed.
Placements: In my course many students got placed. The placement percentage was very low and there were hardly any companies visiting our campus for recruitment. No big or well known recruiting companies came and there were no proper placement drives organized. As a result students did not get good opportunities or specific roles through college placement. Most of us had to look for jobs or internships on our own outside the campus.
Infrastructure: The college has decent infrastructure including well equipped classrooms. Computer labs are well equipped and good for practical learning. Teachers guide us properly during lab sessions, which is helpful. Hostel and canteen facilities are available but the quality of food in the canteen is not very good and is a bit costly. There are also some outside shops near the campus where students can get food. Overall the infrastructure is fine but the mess and canteen need improvement.
Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable and supportive and they do their job well in teaching. The course curriculum is quite regular and covers the necessary subjects but it is not fully updated to make students industry-ready. Exams are conducted on time and are of moderate difficult level so most students are able to pass if they study properly. Overall the faculty is good but the curriculum needs more update to match current industry requirements.
Other: The computer labs are well-equipped, and we often get to try new things during practical sessionss. Teachers also guide us well in the lab sessions. However when it comes to hostel and food facilities the situation is not great. There is no proper canteen or indoor food shop available so we usually have to buy food from outside. Hostel and mess facilities are lacking and there are no proper arrangements for snacks or meals within the campus. Overall the infrastructure is average with decent classroom but poor hostel and food facility.

Detailed Review of Sarsuna College.
Placements: Sarsuna College offers science, commerce, and arts streams for undergraduation. There are approximately 60 students in a classroom, out of which 4-5 got placements. The percentage of students placed is around 5-6%. The highest package is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. There are no top recruiting companies; mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro took some of the students with good CGPA and skills. There are no internship opportunities, but students apply for apprenticeships online.
Infrastructure: Sarsuna College has good infrastructure and facilities. The college has plenty of classrooms for various departments, which are well-furnished and clean. The laboratories are equipped with new equipment and good technicians. The computer lab machines are new and air-conditioned. The seminar rooms are large with good sound systems. The college has a big library that contains various books by good authors and offers a good Wi-Fi connection. The college doesn't have any hostel facilities. The college canteen is hygienic, and the quality of food is good and affordable.
Faculty: Sarsuna College has some good teachers, staff members, and a principal. The teachers are highly qualified, and some are guest lecturers. Their teaching skills are very understandable and good. They graduated from reputable institutes. The teachers are approachable and kind-hearted. They take classes regularly and provide us with notes and PDFs. They refer us to some good books to prepare for semester exams. The exams are moderate, not very tough. Most of the questions come from teacher notes and PDFs. The main question set is prepared by Calcutta University.
Other: After completing my 10th, I decided to take commerce as my main subject, as I love doing calculations, tally, taxation, and I wanted to become a CA in the future. I am also preparing for that. The course offers all the necessary things I require to improve my knowledge about commerce and helps me at every step toward my dream of becoming a CA. The environment of the college is very cozy and friendly. All the students, seniors, and juniors are good friends of each other and help each other in every needful situation. The college offers only one government scholarship. The seniors and faculty members organize Freshers for the newcomers. The college has a big fest once a year and has its own large ground to play cricket and football games.

I absolutely feel that this college is very good for students who want to gather knowledge.
Placements: Very good placements are achieved by the students who graduated from here. I have seen many students secure good packages after completing their courses. The previous batch got excellent job opportunities for the first time. After completing my course, I will be able to handle accounting and financial studies in any business sector that hires me.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities and infrastructure available at this college. Labs are available for B.Sc. students, and the library remains open all the time. I am very fond of reading interesting books, and the library has helped me a lot in completing my references. I want to thank the current principal for opening the library for all students.
Faculty: Semester exams are not too tough to pass; they are easier for those who study hard throughout the session. This is what the average student from the previous batch has said. One must study before the exams, not just to pass but to score well so they can secure good job opportunities and placements after graduation.
Other: I chose the B.Com course because I believe it will provide good opportunities. I also wish for good placements with attractive packages in the future so that I can settle myself.

Satisfied with the environment but waiting for the campus recruitment facilities.
Placements: 1. 50% of the total number of students are there in B.Com (Hons) and rest of them are in either B.Sc or B.A.
2. No campus recruitment takes place here, it often fails to motivate us in order to score good marks in academics.
3. No placement facility is there.
4. Accountant or maybe a job at sales department, sometimes not even that because of lack of desired marks.
5. No idea of payment as there is no such detail given to us.
6. No internship takes place here, we are hoping for some changes in the upcoming years.
Infrastructure: 1. Wi-Fi is excellent as the speed of internet is quite fast and the data limit is enough. Labs- Being a B.Com (Hons) student I was not fortunate enough to get any laboratory facilities but as far other streams are concerned there are adequate resources for work and experiments.
Classrooms- Probably one of the tidiest college in Kolkata, clean rooms, well functioned electricity supply and yes, E Classes are also provided here.
Library- As the college has been established just 20 years ago so it is yet to gain popularity so there are limited and needed books available here. Mainly Exercise books and Question Banks.
2. Amazing quality of food at a very reasonable price, most importantly the availability of "Cheap store". Medical facilities are also good as there is a separate room for such things. Every year in the December the college sports takes place, it feels so good to see that both Indoor and Outdoor games are there. Other than that, students play their desired games at the college ground.
Faculty: 1. Professors are very helpful and motivating, they give their best and inspire us to be our best.
2. Yes, we students definitely need a platform like this where we can express our thoughts and put forward our demands. Luckily, I got this opportunity today.
Other: 1. As I took commerce with best in the Higher Secondary level, I did not had any other better choice than this one. Although it was preplanned since 2015. The best thing about this course is the availability of employment and impact.
2. Business mathematics should be made compulsory and Statistics should be removed from the course of syllabus.
3. The College Fresher's Welcome, The College Social and the college sports are the only events that take place here. Coming to scholarship, Girls get the benefit of "Kanyasree".

Review of Sarsuna College.
Placements: About 20 to 25% of the students got placed. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month and the highest salary offered is Rs. 40,000 per month and the average salary offered is Rs.15,000 per month. Tata is the top recruiting company in our course. The lowest salary of Rs. 3,000 per month, and the highest salary of Rs. 20,000 per month and the average salary of Rs.12,000 per month are offered in our course. About 50% of the students got internships, and mainly technical and information technology companies offer internships to do jobs there.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi facility is available, and there are different laboratories like computer lab, information technology lab, biology lab, comical lab, etc. There are also above 50 classrooms, one library, one canteen, one playground, one common room and 3 union rooms. There is at least one bathroom on every floor.
Faculty: There are many experienced professors, and they help us every time to do better, and we try to do better with them. We become strong with the help of them. The course curriculum is relevant, and everyone helps us with every problem. Union members are far better than other college union members.

Nice college, area, management, and good placements.
Placements: The placements are very easy, but motivation is not required here. Too many students passed out from this college with a great performance. Too many students got selected in the college campusing. The salary starting from a minimum of 8,000 per month. The placements were offered in various commercial and management companies.
Infrastructure: Sarsuna College was one of the wonderful colleges in Kolkata. The campus area has Wi-Fi facility, and students can easily connect the internet. Outside the college, there is a big playing ground and big lake area. The labs and classrooms were so clean and maintained. This college has a nice canteen, good quality food is available. There are washrooms on every floor.
Faculty: All the teachers are very good and have nice behaviour. The students have easily continued their studies. The office staff are very helpful except a few. The teaching quality is too good because the teachers mentioned the problem and solutions.
This college has a nice students union. They are helpful. This college offers all other courses B.Com, B.Sc., B.A., M.A., M.Com, and M.Sc. On the opposite side of the college, there is a high-quality law college, that is Sarsuna Law College.
Other: This college organises fresher programs, Saraswati Puja, annual sports and annual function (social) every year. Last year, the main guest of this programme was the Education Minister, Partha Chatterjee. Our college won a Kanyasree award last year. This is a pride for college.

I am satisfied as it is near to my house so that I can travel easily to the college.
Placements: In our college, there are around 360 students in whole B.Com (H) in which most of them didn't get placed from college. The salary offered is Rs. 9000-28,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Emami and Reliance Digital. Top roles offered are accountant and GST. The highest package offered in our course is 3.36 LPA, and the lowest package offered in our course is 1.44 LPA. No student gets an internship from this college.
Infrastructure: There are very clean classrooms in the college. There is a clean and silent library. There are Jio network and Jio private networks available on the whole campus, but it limits to 32 MB daily usage. The canteen has the cheapest quality food.
Faculty: All of the teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers teaching quality is also excellent. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready for future works. The problem is the college doesn't organise any cultural programs about business or related things which the students don't interact with tactical business cultures.
Other: I choose this course because I am interested in business. B.Com (Hons) takes me to the stage where I can complete my business school knowledge as well. Our college should organise business fests, make conversation only in English, and also give practical knowledge about everything. There are no events in the college. The college doesn't organise fests, and there is good connectivity. The campus is clean, and the surroundings are greenery. There are some extracurricular activities in the college, like running and sports.
