I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: Around 30% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 23 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Delloite, DE Shaw, Accenture, etc. Almost 30% of students got internships in our course.

Infrastructure: Our campus is huge. We also have Wi-Fi facility for students and alumni. Classrooms are big with projectors and boards. It also provides a good library. In the hostel, rules and regulations are good. The food quality is average. Hostel rooms are big and clean.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They explain every topic in detail, and they also solve students' queries with examples. Our course curriculum is good. Semester exams need a lot of preparation for scoring good marks, and the pass percentage is 40%.

Other: The best thing about this course is that students can learn many new things about the corporate world. The fee structure should be reduced as it is high for those students who are not financially strong. Our college provides scholarships to merit students. Extracurricular activities like sports, competitions, seminars, etc., are conducted in our college.

St. Xavier's College is quite renowned for it's way of teaching.

Placements: Placements have not yet started for our batch as of now. But I heard from our seniors. Mostly, companies want to hire CAs but they hire those who don't do CA also. The selection happens in 4-5 drives and there aren't many placements that actually happen.

Infrastructure: I do not stay on campus but I have friends who stay there and they like it. Our canteen provides a variety of food like chola bhatura, samosa, chips, coffee, juice, etc. It can be bought at a minimal cost. There are free water filters on campus too.

Faculty: Some teachers are good in our college. They focus on interaction more than just coming to class and dictating notes. We learn through ppts and e-notes. Question papers are of standard level and mostly, everyone passes the exam. However, the attendance policy is very strict.

Other: I chose the B.Com course as I wanted to do CS as a side course and the syllabus of that of B.Com is quite similar and helpful to me.

The cut off will depend on the results, so can't say anything as of now about next year's cut off but it will be around 80-85 percentage at least. Good luck.
