The college offers BAMS at the undergraduate level and MD and MS in various ayurvedic specialisations at the postgraduate level. 

School of Ayurveda, DY Patil Navi Mumbai considers AYUSH NEET-UG score for admission to BAMS. In 2024, the NEET cutoff for BAMS was 770181.
