Great infrastructure and industry exposure, but faculty and placements could be improved.

Placements: ISBS Pune achieves 90-100% placement, with an average salary around ₹6.6-7 LPA and top offers up to ₹16.3 LPA. Leading firms from BFSI, IT, FMCG, consulting, and retail sectors recruit widely. Almost every student gets an internship, often translating into final job offers. Typical roles include management trainees, analysts, finance consultants, and operations/sales positions.

Placements: General stipend ranges from Rs 30,000 per month - Rs 40,000 per month. Some internship stipend crosses Rs 50,000 per month. Students were given real-time problems on which they had to implement the aspects learned in college. We had more than 90% placements in our batch with an average package of 8.5 LPA. A lot of students got jobs. Few students got international placements also as major consulting and banking firms. Companies like Deloitte, Michael Page, Hero, Indian Oil, and Bloomberg recruite...

My Indira experience in Pune.

Placements: Many students got good placements this year. According to me, they weren't that much good. They have a seperate placement cell for these things. They help and guide you to get through. The college also has SIP which means summer internship programme.

No, School of Business, Indira University admissions are not merit-based. The college accepts students mostly on an entrance basis. Students need to appear for either MAHCET or submit other accepted exams like CAT/ MAT, etc. For PhD admission too, entrance + PI is needed.
