The nice and proper environment of the campus, along with nice infrastructure and best placements.
Placements: In our course, there are only 3 people studying Culinary Science, and the top recruiting companies for our course are JW Marriott, ITC Royal Bengal, and Oberoi Grand. The top roles offered in our course are Chef, Waiter, etc., and we have an average package of 70-80% for jobs. 80% of students got internships at HYATT from our course.
Infrastructure: Our campus has the best classrooms, kitchens, and labs for carrying out practicals. The campus also has the best libraries containing all the detailed books of our course, making it easier for us to study and deal with everything related to our course. The infrastructure facilities are excellent, providing proper guidance for studies. The food quality of our mess, canteen, and other activities is very healthy and satisfactory.
Faculty: The professors in our course are very helpful, and their proper guidance for studying is very interesting. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable regarding everything related to this course. Their teaching quality is excellent and engaging. The course curriculum is very relevant for studying and also prepares the students for internships and placements. The semester exams are somewhat challenging on our campus, and the pass percentage for our course is 100%.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have a great passion for studying Cookery of all cuisines, and I aspire to become a great chef in one of the best hotels in India. The best things about my course are the proper infrastructure, proper study guidance by the professors, and kitchen facilities. I also wish that the kitchen facilities in our college should improve much more for the best practical experience. The events carried out by the campus are excellent.

NSHM College is the best college. I will recommend it to all the students.
Placements: At least 80% students were placed in our college. B.Sc. in Culinary Science is one of the top course of the college but it does not provide very high salary packages. The top recruiting companies are JW Marriott, Grand Oberoi, and ITC Royal Bengal. 90% students got internship from our college.
Infrastructure: The campus has many classrooms, labs, and library. Wi-Fi is available in canteen and library of our college. The hostel facilities are very good. The canteen and medical facilities are also provided to students. Students can play and participate in a number of sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable obviously. Their teaching quality is excellent. The semester exams in this college are not very difficult as our teachers teach us very well. 95% students passed in every semester. The course curriculum and the teachers make students industry ready.
Other: The course is excellent and I chose this course because I want to be a great chef in the future. Fests and events are organized from time to time and are fun. Scholarship are available in our college.

I highly recommend this college along with this course, excellent faculty members.
Placements: 90% of the batch strength got placement, top notch organisation in the industries recruit from our college like different TAJ properties, oberois, ITC, mariott and many more. 80% got industrial exposure in TAJ Vivanta, E. M bypass. Starting as a commis in hotels, one can be an Executive chef in the following years with their hard work.
Infrastructure: Big classrooms with library facilities available for all the courses. Extra For hospitality in hotels department we have a kitchen for practicals and a F&b lab. Security service is also very high, hostel facility is also available for outstation students.
Faculty: Nshm has chosen the best from the industry to deliver their knowledge to the students as faculty members. Highly experienced, skilled and dedicated faculty members are present in NSHM KOLKATA. Faculty members always encourage students to showcase their skills, which I think is actually a very good initiative.
Other: I am an aspirant chef so culinary Science is the best course for me as it teaches the skills of a chef. Techniques tips and knowledge of various cuisines.
