Presidency University, SOL then shortlist applications based on CLAT/LSAT or other valid exam score. The selected candidates can confirm their seats by paying the admission fee amount.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 or PUC exam with at least 45% aggregate from a recognised board are eligible to apply. The eligible students can visit the university website to apply. For selection in BA LLB (Hons) course of Presidency University, School of Law, candidates need to have a valid CLAT/LSAT score. The school may also accept other valid national/state exam scores. Selected candidates are further informed by the authorities. These students can report at the university and pay the admission fee amount to confirm their seat.
