I am dissatisfied with events. The crowd of students of this college is educated.
Placements: Placements are average and not that good as the fee is low so the placement package also depends on students and how skilled they are to get good placement. We do not get many internship opportunities and even low internships are available from college. Placements are average as many students get placements.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are average. The library is below average. The hostel is very bad and not hygienic. It does not focus on cleanliness.
Faculty: Teachers are good, but they do not have much knowledge as some teachers prepare notes to teach. I am not making anyone down but some teachers don't know how to speak proper English. Semester exams are moderate as it is not too difficult to pass. Students can pass easily by studying one day before exams. They do not know how to speak proper English as they always talk in Hindi. Only some teachers are good in English and are knowledgeable.
Other: Events of the college are bad, and they barely organise any events. If they organise, they charge so much money according to events. In one event during the dance, they divide both boys and girls.

Absolutely worth it to study in this college.
Placements: SMS Lucknow College has a good placement record, with various companies visiting the campus for recruitment. 70% to 80% of students get placed every year, with some reviews mentioning 50% to 85% placement rates.
Infrastructure: The course here is worth it. Teachers try very hard to teach students. They are so supportive regarding everything. Hostel facilities are not very good. Hostel rules are very strict. Starting in the hostel is not recommended. You will also not find any other option for staying, as SMS is quite far from the rush area of Lucknow.
Faculty: Teachers at SMS Lucknow are renowned for their professional background and high caliber of education. They use case studies and simulations to impart useful managerial skills, making the learning experience engaging and practical. Many students appreciate the faculty's helpful and supportive nature, saying they go the extra mile to ensure students understand the material. The curriculum is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in their chosen field. For example, the MBA programme has a curriculum that is well-structured, with some students rating it 3.5 out of 5.
Other: For MBA students, there are events that are organized by MBA students only to gain practical knowledge about their course.

placement was good. Almost all students got placed as DTs for 1 year but not permanently in company.
Placements: All students were placed. The highest average salary was Rs.14,000 per month. Bajaj Motors, Force India Limited, and Motherson Sumi Systems were the hiring companies. Almost all students were placed as DTs, but only for 1 year, which was very disappointing. After 1 year, all the companies fired you.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were very good. The hostel was good, but the food was not good at all. The canteen was not good, but the Mother Dairy branch was good. A medical facility was not available. Sports and games were played on campus. The sports facility was good. Everything was good about the campus.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and qualified. The syllabus was fully covered by teachers. 80% of students passed out. Semester exams were not so tough because the all syllabus was covered. In this college, 75% of attendance was compulsory for all students. The college workshop was good.
Other: I chose a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering because I wanted to be an engineer, but B.Tech fees were very high. A diploma gives a job very easily. SMS College needed to improve its college timings, like a school, from 9:40 AM to 4:50 PM. Events and scholarships were good.

The infrastructure is good, and faculty members are great.
Placements: SMS Lucknow provides in-campus placements. The highest package is 19 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Havells, etc. On average, 70% of students get internships, and the top role offered by companies is Executive Manager.
Infrastructure: This college has a nice infrastructure with all the facilities. You can take AC or non-AC rooms, both available in the hostel. Classrooms are not very big for this course, with an average of 60 students per class. All labs are available, and there is a mess for hostellers, along with two canteens also available. In the first year, no sports are available, but after that, you can participate in any game, like cricket, basketball, football, volleyball, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and have a lot of experience and knowledge, along with great teaching skills. The semester exams are not very tough, you can easily pass exams, and teachers also help you with exam preparation. The pass percentage in the semester exams is about 95%.
Other: I choose this course because of my interest in the field. The best thing about my course is that there is a lot of scope in this field. The college organizes events, fests, and extracurricular activities. Everyone got a scholarship except for the children of government employees.

Review of School of Management Sciences.
Placements: In my college, the placement opportunities are not as good as they claim. While they have strong placements for MBA, BBA, and management courses, the situation is not the same for B.Tech. They placed me with an MNC, but the company did not onboard me. Additionally, the college took no action regarding this issue.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The location is very much approachable as well as easily public transport is available. They have playground for cricket, football and green campus area with two cafeteria as well as a gym availability only for those living in hostel.
Faculty: Our faculty members are helpful. A few faculty members stay for long periods. Faculty members frequently change, and sometimes teachers from different fields are assigned subjects outside their expertise. Additionally, some faculty take extended leave without considering the impact on students' education. However, they do provide sessional exam question papers to help students earn good marks.

Good course and nice infrastructure but placements are not very good.
Placements: Placements are completely based on skills and knowledge of students. In our college, about 40% of students get placements. Internship opportunities are also given to students where they can enhance their experience and knowledge. If the student is focused, he can easily get a good job with high packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The hostel is okay. The food of the hostel is not very good. The canteen food is also not very good. Medical facilities are good. You won't find much variety of food in the canteen. The price is also comparatively high.
Faculty: Faculty members are nice, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching style is also good. If you are prepared, it is not difficult to clear exams. If a student focuses on the class and stays attentive, it won't be difficult for him to clear exams with good marks.
Other: I chose this course because I'm from a commerce background, and I found it relevant and worthy as it is a professional course.
