After clearing the written test the students have to face group discussion and Personal Interview round. To enroll for any UG or PG programs, it is mandatory for the student to appear and clear the JET exam.

JET is Jain University entrance test. For admission, the applicant has to appear for and clear the JAIN Entrance Test JET which includes a written test, group discussion, and Personal Interview. Candidates can follow the steps below to apply for JET :

School of Sciences, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore offers two major programmes including MSc and PhD in various specialisations. Candidates need to fulfil the below eligibility course-wise eligibility criteria to apply for admission:

The total tuition fee for School of Sciences, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore MSc ranges between INR 2 Lacs and INR 4.5 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Candidates need to pay the course fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat. Besides, aspirants also need to pay an application fee of INR 600 to apply for JET.

The complete JET exam has 3 rounds:

1. Written Test
2. Group Discussion
3. Personal Interview.

Candidates need to complete bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology /Microbiology /Botany /Biochemistry to apply for School of Sciences, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore MSc courses. Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Besides, aspirants must also appear for Jain Entrance Test or JET for admission.

Candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 1,500 for School of Sciences, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore PhD courses. The application fee for JET is INR 600. The fee is to be paid online using any payment mode like debit card/ credit card/ UPI/ Wallet/ Net banking/ EMI.

Jain School of Sciences does not offer direct admission. Candidates need to appear for JET conducted by Jain-deemed-to-be University. JET is an online proctored exam including MCQ-type questions. Candidates need to pass a university-level entrance test for PhD programmes. Shortlisted candidates will further need to pass the personal interview round.
