To get admission to BTech at Sharda University, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, which is to pass Class 10 with 60% aggregate & Class 12 with a minimum of 60% to 70% aggregate (60% aggregate in PCM Computer Science/PCB for Biotechnology (without any gap between Class 10 & Class 12 and 50% aggregate in Maths). Sharda University BTech admission is entrance-based. Students need to qualify for either SUAT or JEE Main   (All India rank of up to 3 lakh) entrance exams with a valid score. The final selection is done based on the score of the respective entrance exam and the performance of candidates in the Personal Interview (PI) round. Those who apply via SUAT scores are required to appear for a PI round conducted at the School of Engineering Technology.
