It is a really good experience studying here.
Placements: There are 132 students in this course. The highest package is Rs 50,000 and the lowest package is Rs 35,000. Around 56% of my batch mates got internships. They are recruited by top companies. They give a high package and good experience regarding working. I am glad that I was placed here.
Infrastructure: The facilities are very good and our infrastructure is amazing. I feel like it's my second home. The place is very peaceful and clean. The mess and canteen are fine I won't say amazing but good to go. We have our own hospital on campus for any kind of emergency and students' treatment is free. There are many sports available like football field, cricket ground, basketball field, badminton court, etc.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and qualified. They are always there to guide us the exam pattern and procedure have always been great. Even dates, timings, and datesheets are according to other fests and stuff. Semester exams are good if you learn for them. Pass percentage is very good.
Other: We had a very great experience.

All the aspects are good, but the fees seem a bit too high for the value.
Placements: About 50% of students got placed in my course. As I am in 2nd year, I am not entirely sure, but that's what I heard. The package offered in my course ranges from ₹10k to ₹1.5 Lacs or something. The recruiting companies for my course include Wipro, MSME, etc. They connect through online mode and select students. About 5% of students got internships in MSME and AICTE, as far as I know.
Infrastructure: There are many classrooms with sufficient tables for peaceful study. There is Wi-Fi available for students' convenience. There are many libraries, like the central library called Vivekananda and another in the 7th block, for students who want to study and access books. Several auditoriums host events, and many computer labs are available. Teachers use projectors for teaching. Medical facilities are good, but the pharmacy takes a long time due to rush. The food in the hostel is of bad quality, but otherwise, the hostels are clean and well-maintained. Sports and games facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and concerned about us in every way. They provide knowledge and are approachable for any issues students face. The pass requirement is 4 CGPA to advance to the next year. Exams are difficult, but it aligns with our study pattern.
Other: I chose psychology as my course because I want to understand myself better and help people around me who face trauma or confusion in life. It’s a very good, knowledgeable course. Since it focuses on behavior, I feel it will help me choose my best path. Everything in the course is good, but I wish there was more fieldwork, like research opportunities. There's a huge crowd in my college, representing diversity. Events are great, and scholarships are provided to students who perform well.

B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science - Batch of 2024

My honest opinion of my university .
Placements: I am from the B.A. political science course, and I am from the 2021 batch. We had almost 100 students in our batch, but slowly it reduced to about 80 students at the end of the course. Particularly in political science courses, you won't get any placements in any colleges, but we do get opportunities to join some companies, like MNCs, which we find very helpful for capable students.
Infrastructure: If we talk about the infrastructure of the whole university, it is good as well as bad in some facilities, like the Wi-Fi, which is not so good, but the library, classrooms, labs, etc. are large and fully air conditioned. The college maintains cleanliness and proper hygiene. The facilities in the hostel are not good because the food we get is very difficult to eat, the washrooms are not clean, and the hostel rooms are not cleaned every day. However, the sports, games, and medical facilities are good.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful; they are obviously qualified and knowledgeable too; however, like schools, we don't get all the teachers good quality teaching. However, the professors do take tests sometimes, so the students are active all the time. I find this course curriculum relevant for me because it's just a political science course that anybody can study by themselves on the Internet. The semester exams are not very difficult if we study properly; they are easy.

It is a good college for psychology.
Placements: This course doesn't provide placement opportunities. It is a bachelor's course. Our college provides good placement opportunities for other courses. Our college provides good internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is the best. Classrooms are good. They have proper ventilation. The Wi-Fi facility is not good. The library is the best place to study. It has many books.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified and helpful. The teaching quality is up to the mark. They are always available to help us. The course curriculum is good. You have to study well. The exams are easy.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. They should provide practical knowledge. They should organise workshops.

Our college has good infrastructure.
Placements: This course provides a basic introduction to psychology. This course won't provide placement opportunities. You require at least a master's degree for a qualified job. Our college provides good exposure to other courses like engineering, etc. Our college provides good placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is acceptable and well-organised. Classrooms are equipped with air-conditioners and projectors. We have libraries with suitable seating arrangements. The hostel provides many facilities. It is based on the hostel you have selected. A gymnasium is available in the hostel. The washing machine is available for laundry. Shops are open 24X7 for students to eat. We have a temple, Nescafe, lego house, hospital, and canteen. Our college has a hospital. It provides a 50% discount for students' health care.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified in their respective fields. The teaching of every teacher may vary and alter the understanding. Teachers make efforts to make the course relevant after the class. There is a lack of practical education. Semester exams are good, as per discussed by professors in the classrooms. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I opted for this course because it is a good course. They should provide practical knowledge to students to explore overall learning. The best thing about this college is that we have good exposure to cultural diversity. Students from various backgrounds are present in our college. They are from the northeast, Nepal, Afghanistan, South Africa, Bangladesh, etc. A scholarship facility is available in our college. Many extracurricular activities, fests, and events are held in our college. We have several societies.

I am satisfied with its teaching methods.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are small. Wi-Fi facility is perfect. They have been changing the SSID, which results in challenges with connecting. Hostels are good, but we face problems with power cuts, and the curfew time is early. The food served in the mess is not good for international students. The food is spicy and not properly cooked. We also have medical aids that are helpful for students. We have several sports like basketball, soccer, and volleyball, but they are mostly dominated by Indians.
Faculty: Teachers are average. Sometimes they talk in Hindi, which becomes hard for international students. The course curriculum is relevant because it actually teaches what's happening in the industry. Semester exams are not hard, but few students commit malpractice during exams.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to engage in the political arena of our country. They should include field trips because this gives students a better understanding of the course. This school has many international students since it is offering several scholarships. We also get to interact with and explore the cultures of other nations. There are 13 students in our batch. They are offering political science and international relations to international students. They are also doing British colonialism in India.
