India's no.1 college for best college in our country.

Placements: Placements for B.Tech was pretty good while for dual degree students, data is not available as our first dual degree batch has not yet passed. I am in the second batch. Getting into this college was the best thing that happened to me. The scenic beauty of this place is awesome. The college campus is huge (approximately 1000 acres) with lush green surroundings. Most of the professors and other faculty members are very friendly and cool.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure : Since the college has been recently (May 2015) converted to the status of an Institution of National Importance via NITSER Act. Govt. of India, IIESTS is still evolving and so in here you would find things are still developing and so its not very high standard here but looking back at its heritage, its worth a shot. Wi-Fi is good in hostels and institute. Classrooms are okay and not all departments are fully AC. We have a new building called Science and Technology building which is good and is well build equipped with lift and other facilities

Faculty: It’s not good at all. Labs are not good. Not suitable environment for studies. No study material in library. Some faculty are there for time pass only. They won't provide any placement if they provide then they will provide placements in BPO only and after completing M.tech Biotechnology, if I have to work in BPO then I can work in BPO after my 12th also. Why to waste my money and 5 years. They don’t help you in any queries or complaints related documentation from university. So please don’t go to this college. I suggest you to not waste money in this college.

Other: 2nd oldest Civil Engineering College in India. It is 158 years old. It’s a lush green campus. It also has qualified faculty. Residential campus with Wi-Fi facility. First Institute in India to offer only integrated B.Tech - M.Tech. It has good Alumni networks in almost Every Field and Companies. Most IIT directors are our Alumni or Professors.
