Students who satisfy the eligibility process must register and appear for the DTE MP counselling process. Students who get a seat must complete the admission confirmation process. Other than this, the institute reserves 5% of seats under Unreserved All India (URAI) seats. Allocation of these seats is done via CSAB counselling.

Admission criteria for Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) at SGSITS for reserved category students:
The minimum qualification for admission to the first year B.Pharm. shall be the qualifying Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) with Physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects.
In addition to these students passed in Maths or Biology or Biotechnology are eligible.
Admission to B.Pharma. for reserved category students will be governed by the rules of the Technical Education and Training Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal and/ or any other competent authority of the State Government of Madhya Pradesh.
The minimum qualification for admission to the first year B.Pharm. shall be the qualifying Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) with Physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects.

Considering the SGSITS JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the Round 4 seat allotment results, the BTech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at SGSITS consistently has the lowest cutoff among all branches.
