Compared to other off-campus colleges, this one is better.
Placements: I am pursuing B.A. Hons, and there are no placements as such, but you can get an internship through your skills. The TCS department has good placements. I don't know the exact companies.
Infrastructure: New building for classes is good. There is greenery all around, but some places are really trashy. Canteen food is average, although it is a great campus to hang out. Labs have ACs, but the setup is a bit old. Wi-Fi connection is horrible, and there are internet issues. Library is good, and the auditorium is also great and big as compared to an off-campus college.
Faculty: Semester exams are very easy to pass. For my subject (philosophy), some teachers are good and really friendly. They clear doubts, but some don't interact much. The pass percentage is 40%, and you have to pass in internal assessment and continuous assessment. Written exams are for 90 marks. Economic department teachers are good. Psychology department teachers are great and very friendly.
Other: By philosophy, you get to know More about life, but it's not something that you will get placement through.

The only college that offers an English honours course on such a low budget.
Placements: The batch of English honours is good. There are a total of 45 students. The highest package is around 5 LPA, and 2 LPA may be the lowest. Companies like Zezebra, Khushjot, and Zelock have come to our college, including big companies like Airtel and Bajaj.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are also good to average, like the auditorium is pretty good and big, but some class furniture is very average, with some problems. There are a lot of network problems in the college, like people are not even able to call someone if they want. They need to find a specific place where they can make a call.
Faculty: I think the best are the teachers who are full of knowledge and energy. Some are strict, but they mentor us like friends, not teachers, and students, they help us clear the doubts easily. Overall, good communication from both sides helps us understand better that we do pretty well in exams.

An overview of SPMC, hyped or underrated.
Placements: Placement is limited in Applied Psychology. Students have to look out for Internships at organizations themselves. Not even a single percent received placement accolades from the institution. Societies and blog pages work, but that also doesn't guarantee your future placement. Students individually will have to work on skills to gather internships.
Infrastructure: There is a psychology lab, instruments, tests like MMPI, several personality tests, and the Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator. We don't have a setup as such in the college, PG accommodation is the only option. PG here is exploitative and charges a lucrative amount. One has to safeguard oneself.
Faculty: A few of our teachers hold postdoctoral degrees too, apart from a PhD It has been revised after NEP 2020. It is more theory-driven rather than practically based. Semester exams are easy. DU requires students to fill out sheets in piles. Quality is compromised.
Other: My love for Psychology, a human-oriented subject, led me to opt for the course. Infrastructure, entrepreneurship opportunities, and skill development should be improved. Events are good, but opportunities are not equally accessible.

Good infrastructure, but Wi-Fi issues and non-teaching staff behavior concerns.
Placements: Basically, I am in my second year, so I don't know much about the placement cell, but I know that every year the placements are given to the students. I only know about the internships as many companies have come. Recently, many companies visit, including the Bajaj Airtel and Hirestar1.0, etc. In my course, there are no specific roles that are offered.
Infrastructure: I found the infrastructure of our college is very amazing. Classrooms are well maintained. They are cleaned on a regular basis. We have one of the best auditoriums in the Delhi University, which is a plus point for our college. The library and labs are also well-maintained, so overall the infrastructure is good. There are no hostels available, but the food of the canteen, medical facilities, sports and games are very good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and we find that our teachers help us in organizing and maintaining various things. They are qualified and knowledgeable. This course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are not very difficult, they are moderate. The passing percentage is about 40% in both theory and practical.
Other: Basically, I want to enhance my speaking and communication skills. Apart from that, I also have an interest in fictional reading, so that's why I chose this course. The thing that we study in this course is very interesting. The college organizes an event, a fest, and the campus crowd is not very large. There is also connectivity, and the extracurricular activities are very strong in our college, and the scholarship is also good.

Overall, the college is pretty good.
Placements: The college is good, and I am in the B.A. Hindi Honours course. The college had a good placement cell. Many students got internships through Shyama Prasad Mukherji College placement cell, and I also got placed through my college. I would say you can choose this college.
Infrastructure: The college had average to good infrastructure. There were many different departments and different types of courses as well. Good Wi-Fi connection was available for students. Science labs and other library rooms were also available in the college. Food was also good and affordable.
Faculty: In this college, teachers were very good and supportive towards students. They always help you, were well qualified, and taught very clearly. There were also many curriculum activities happening in the college. Exams were pretty fine in this college.
Other: I chose this college because teachers are very helpful, and I was selected for this college. I chose the B.A. Hindi Honours course in the college.

Honest review of SPM College, DU.
Placements: Basically, our course is History, so there are no placement opportunities. However, professors can help students get internships through their personal contacts, but that depends on the students. Most students opt for UPSC preparation or pursue a master's degree in History or other fields. So they do not usually go for jobs immediately after graduation.
Infrastructure: The library is good. The campus is good, and labs are also good. Every student's favorite place in our college is the canteen. There is no hostel for students, but rental PGs are available nearby. Wi-Fi is recently set up. The water quality is a matter of concern. Washrooms are not clean, but the rest of the facilities are good.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful and qualified enough to support and guide us. Their teaching quality is good. Semester exams are very easy. Students can predict the paper by looking at previous years' questions, just like in most DU colleges. With a little preparation, students can score good marks. Our History curriculum is highly relevant to the current environment.
Other: I am allotted this course through CUET UG. Our History department is highly reputed and organizes good events frequently. All professors treat students like their own. Overall, the course is good, but the management needs improvement, which is a major weak point. I want the History department to organize more historical trips and visits, as we are future historians. They should take students to real historical sites, which they initially promised but have not done yet.
