Teachers are very nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The library is good in each way.
Placements: Approximately 40-50% of students got placed in my course. The highest package is 5 LPA. The average package is 3 LPA. The lowest package is around rRs. 20,000. Top recruitment companies in my course are Wipro, Amazon, Tata Power, Hindustan Unilever, and JET Airways. The percentage of students who got internships from my course is very low because whenever a company comes students apply for that but some of them do not come for the interview and do not show interest, then companies also think they have no interest and they leave. Top roles in my course are financial analyst, process associate, and customer service associate.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi in my college is not very well. The Wi-Fi network is very slow. And labs in SPM are good. Computers and laptops are available in good quantity. Classrooms are not very good and the reason is the network does not work in the old building. Which becomes the barrier in our study. But the classrooms are in very good quantity. There is a library which is very peaceful. All books are available for study and as well as your interest. There is a network available in the library. The canteen in SPM is not very nice because it is not clean. The food is hygienic and a limited menu is available. Medical facilities are available in SPM.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are ready to help in every situation and lovers to give time for student's doubts also. SPM's teachers are very intelligent. They are highly knowledgeable according to their department. What they teach is very understandable and easy to answer after being understood. The semester exam is very tough in this college, especially in the ECO department. The questions are of a very high level.
Other: I chose this course because I like economics to study. I love economics that's why I adopted this course. The best thing about my course is I am available to know daily life things like demand, supply, budget, etc. There is almost every day event happens. There is always a crowd in this college. But there is not very much fun in the fests because this college does not allow other college students in the fest. That's why we can't able to invite our friends from other colleges.

The review is quite excellent.
Placements: The college provides average placements. The salary package offered is 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA. No top recruiting companies visit our college. An average percentage of students get an internship. The students get an internship with a below-average company. At a minimum, 20 to 40% of students get the placement and internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite nice. We don't have a hostel facility. Classrooms are clean. Wi-Fi is available in library only. Labs are also present. The food present in canteen is good. Medical facilities and sports are excellent. Various extracurricular activities are done by different departments.
Faculty: Our teachers are qualified but they don't know how to understand the concept to the students. No difficulty was faced during the exams. The pass percentage is 63%. After pursuing the course students get ready for the industry to be placed.
Other: To get higher studies in economics. Events and fests are held in college. The college crowd is good. A scholarship facility is provided to the SC and ST category. Extracurricular activities are also present.

The infrastructure is really good, the teachers are very good, but the placements are not that good.
Placements: I am from the Economics department. Economics is one of the most difficult courses at Delhi University. It has a high career scope and opportunities. Internships offered through this course are in large numbers. Companies like Deloitte and others hire interns for roles such as data analysts, etc.
Infrastructure: The hostel is not available right now in our college, but its construction work is going on. It will start soon. The quality of food in the canteen is amazing, it is tasty and served in suitable portions, which are affordable for us. Sports facilities are also available.
Faculty: The semester exams are not that difficult. In our college, there are extra marks for attendance. You need to study with little effort and practice the previous year's questions (PYQs), and that's enough for you to score well in your semester exams. The pass percentage is above 36%. The teachers are helpful.
Other: Our college is off-campus, and the events held in our college are at a great level. The budget is not that high, so we can't afford big singers, but still, the fest is okay. The campus is amazing.

Absolutely not so satisfied with faculty. Placement is near to zero.
Placements: There is very little possibility that you will get any good placement, but yes, you can do an internship, but it all depends on how good you are. This college does not give that much support in placement. No good brand value company comes. And you cannot only rely on the college to get a good package just by getting some good value degrees.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is small but very well maintained in the outer area. Labs are okay, classrooms are not well cleaned, and canteen food taste is okay. The library is very old. You can never find any new book, and mobile data does not work there. They support NCC.
Faculty: The faculty is okay, but not so good at teaching! Teachers are supportive and helpful, yet teachers' first work is to teach their subject very well, in which many teachers do not stand. The attendance rule is very strict; you need to have 60% above and 85% above to get full marks internally.
Other: Small events take place sometimes, but to explore more with other colleges and students, the students have to do it all by themselves. There are a lot of quotas and scholarships for ST/SC and OBC. The general again has to suffer, and the crowd is below average, not so supportive, and there is no healthy environment.

Absolutely average college because of not good placements, but its infrastructure is average.
Placements: I am from batch 2024-25. Till now, we don't have any clue about how much placement is there for this course, but I must say that this college faculty and teachers are very helpful. It's amazing to study there. This college offers many courses, and some companies come for internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. The library, computer lab, etc., facilities are there in every department. There is a demerit that this college doesn't provide hostel facilities. It should give the hostel facilities. The placement cell is also not good, but the canteen is great.
Faculty: The passing criteria are 55%, and the attendance percentage is 66%. The semester exams are not so hard to pass. If you can study well, then you can pass the semester exams easily. The teachers are qualified and experienced. The quality of teaching is, no doubt, good at all.

Overall, the campus is nice, but there is a need to improve the placement cell.
Placements: There is not so good placement in my college. There are internships available, but only a few students take it. The roles offered are managing posts. The highest package offered is maybe 6 to 8 Lacs approximately. But all students don’t receive a placement. The percentage for placement is low.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, but it doesn't work everywhere. The library is so good and has so many books. The hostel is not available in our college. Some classrooms are in bad condition. Overall, the campus is nice, the surroundings is so good, and the metro is also within walking distance.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful; they provide us with various study materials. The exam difficulty level is medium, not very difficult, or very easy. I haven’t taken any exams yet, as I am in the 1st semester, but from seniors, I got to know some about exams.
Other: I choose this course as I have an interest in economics. The events organized are very good, and we really enjoy them. The college is surrounded by many trees, and the colony is also so much good.

Good infrastructure compared to other colleges, but sometimes faculty might get rude.
Placements: Placement records are not so good and options are limited. Around 20% of students get placed in the economics department, mostly in private schools and some MNCs. The highest package was 4 LPA, the lowest was 1.5 LPA, and the average package was around 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: SPM College provides many good facilities like an HDFE laboratory, basketball court, kabaddi ground, 3-floored library, a large auditorium, and an average canteen. But on the other hand, what triggers students most is that it does not provide hostel facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are good, they are helpful, qualified, and experienced. They try to clear the doubts of students in the best possible way. The faculty of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College is very supportive and friendly. They treat students with the utmost help and provide quality education in an efficient manner.

Good faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: I am studying B.A. economic hons. (2024-27). Economic honours is really a good subject which focuses more on economic. I really find this subject interesting. My college offers max 8 lacks and min 6 lacks package. I am also aiming to get the highest package from this course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, but the lift does not work most of the time. We have a big field where we can sit and relax. The canteen food is also good. The library is also big and has Wi-Fi access. There are also dogs on our campus, and we take care of them. Greenery is all around, which makes the environment very fascinating.
Faculty: Teachers are very cooperative in all forms and also they teach all the topics clearly in easy language. But some of them are rude and get irritated easily, but mostly they are very friendly. I have not given any sem exams because I am in the first sem, so I don't have any idea about how the exam level will be.
Other: Actually, I was a Science student, but in the middle of 11th, I got to know that my interest is not in this subject. But just for the sake of scoring good marks in the boards, I gave my best there and scored 83. Then I switched my subject and took Economics Hons. in my graduation, and I feel it was my best decision. I have never studied economics, but now I feel it is the subject where my interest is.
