Choose Smt. Urmila Devi Ayurvedic Medical College to become an Ayurvedic doctor. You should go here.

Placements: There are 47 students in my batch. Placements are not there at our college. Our college provides internships in our hospital and at other colleges as well as hospitals. Paid internships are provided by our college and give us a good chance to earn money and serve our country. And every student gets an internship here.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is a bit old and not well built, but an ecosystem has been created here with a lot of trees here and there. Facilities are offered here like projectors, etc. But its not a modern classroom here so we have to be cooperative with it. hostel building is also very old and not good and the food is decent. There is one canteen in college and a whole hospital for medical service. A play ground for playing volleyball and cricket.

Faculty: The faculty here are well educated and qualified and have great knowledge and teaching experience. The teaching quality is very good here. This course makes a student a future doctor and ready for the treatment of people. Semester exams are tough and the pass percentage is 50%.

Other: I chose this course because I want to be a doctor in the ayurvedic field and this college provides everything I need to be a good doctor. For improvement, I would say that language subjects like Sanskrit and subjects in Hindi should be in English. Farewells, annuals, freshers, functions, Teachers Day, etc. are celebrated here and extracurricular activities are offered here.

One of the best B.A.M.S. Colleges for Himachal students.

Placements: By completing the degree here, you can work as a B.A.M.S. doctor, qualify for the MO exams, or pursue further education in MD for teaching. This college offers various opportunities to its students, which help them in various life stages. The degree itself is very good.

Infrastructure: Hotels are above average only con is no availability of Wi-Fi, not on campus and not in the hostel, which is kind of bad, but it's okay as the location itself has very good coverage of 5G, which compensates for the need for Wi-Fi. The mess food is really very nice.

Faculty: All the faculty members have a minimum MD in the subject. All are doctors with very nice experience. Exams also go very smoothly here with a very high pass-out rate. This College always gives very good results. The curriculum is also very nice. Overall it's very nice.
