The college has the best faculty.
Placements: The placements are not provided. This is a B.Com college, and nobody expects placements from it. They inform about different requirements on the notice board, which is really helpful for students to get jobs. Mostly, they say about accountant or junior level work roles.
Infrastructure: The college has only one building. It is an 8-storeyed building. The campus is much smaller in area. But it has a decent library, and the classrooms are airy and lit. The labs are big enough. The canteen has good and healthy food and beverages at really low prices. Participating in competitions conducted by Gujarat University and other colleges is allowed, and good mentoring is provided by the faculty.
Faculty: The teachers are really good in terms of qualifications and teaching. Every teacher is supportive. Each teacher has their own way of making students understand lessons. They're calm and provide overall knowledge. Semester examinations are average. The paper is equivalent to the university paper, thus prepares you for the exams.
Other: The best thing about the college is that the faculty involve in any celebration and be extremely friendly with students. I only wished to have a big area for college rather than just one building. The canteen has some delicious food that everyone should try. It has a variety of foods and beverages available.

If you are pursuing any other course, then it's good to choose as there is no attendance criterion.
Placements: There are no on-campus placements for B.Com students. Placements are provided by Gujarat University, and even they are conducted for namesake. All the details mentioned on websites and anywhere are related to MBA course. There are not any internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is average. The building looks good when you see for the first time, but when you go into the classroom and washroom, then it is not good. However, there is a Wi-Fi facility on the campus, but we are not provided with a password of Wi-Fi. Classrooms are also quite average. I am a resident of Ahmedabad, and hence I don't know much about hostels.
Faculty: Teachers here were helpful, but some are rude and talk related to books only. If students have doubts other than books, then they would just ignore it and can't clear it. The course curriculum was not up to date. The course curriculum may help you get a job but will not make you suitable to achieve your aims.
Other: There is no attendance criterion, so if students want to attend college, then they come. All the internal exams were based on assignments only, and there are some requirements for students. Merit-based scholarships are provided by the state and central government.

SLERF is a well-deserved college to get a bachelor degree at an affordable fee.
Placements: I am passed out from this reputed college in the year 2015. Placements in our college are good. Top management companies like Accenture, McKinsey, ITC, Asian Paints, etc., visit our college for placements. The highest salary package offered ranges from 6-6.5 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 3.5-4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 1.5-2 LPA.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided by the college are very appreciative. The college has 6 floors building enriched with a hygienic canteen and playground area. Classrooms are occupied with the latest technology lights and fans with air-conditioners. The college cares about medical facilities for students for their safety.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-qualified. They have problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of students queries. They are always helpful even after college timings. Their teaching quality is very systematic and easy for a better understanding of students. Students are well-versed after completion of course for their future.

It is a good college to study commerce.
Placements: Some business firms were coming for placements for bachelor of commerce students with good results and skills in accounting. The salary packages offered were also suitable. If a student possesses skills in accounting and business management, then he can be placed in a good firm.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was very suitable for college students. Facilities like library and Wi-Fi also provided. There was a canteen in college parking. College security staff was also very proactive so that, outsiders cannot enter the college to disturb the atmosphere on campus.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful for studies. They were providing assignments to enhance students skills and knowledge. College also organises events and curriculum activities to enhance students hidden skills.
Other: They also arrange many events which are relevant to festivals so that students can enjoy their college life.

It is one of the good colleges for pursuing this course in Ahmedabad.
Placements: Placements in this college were not from top industries or companies but it provides enough opportunity for students to learn practically about what is going on in the industry and expertise their academic skills. Ultimately a student can get enough good opportunities here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was quite good. Classrooms were equipped with chairs making it some unique other than the benches provided in other colleges. The overall services of the canteen were average. The wide infrastructure of the campus and the environment was good for the students to enjoy in the morning shifts.
Faculty: Teaching quality was good in our college as many qualified teachers were recruited with their knowledge and experience. They made it easy for the students to learn and to develop their skills and talents in studies as well as outside the study fields also i.e., in other curriculum activities.
Other: Extracurricular activities such as sports activities, days celebration, Navratri events, etc., were good. Students themselves organise these events with the help of faculty members making the events successful.

It is the best college for pursuing business courses like B.Com and BBA.
Placements: About 900 to 940 students were in our batch, and out of 20%, 25% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered ranges from 4.50 LPA to 5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. There were many top recruitment companies in our college. In our course, the average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA. Business marketing and management roles were offered to many students.
Infrastructure: Our college has a huge infrastructure and campus. It has a 7-floor building which is equipped with good benches for students. Every classroom had a projector facility with CCTV camera. Our college has good canteen facilities which serves fresh and hygienic food and snacks also. Our college has air-conditioned classrooms and laboratories.
Faculty: Faculty members of our course were well-educated and qualified. They all have practical experience and knowledge. Mostly they were in the field of business accounting and chartered accountants, so they all are well-qualified and compatible.
Other: I have chosen B.Com because it is a degree that provides good knowledge of accounting, finance, economics and management. It will help me to develop my skills and knowledge about business and industry.

It is purely made for students those who want to achieve in their life.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Almost 40% of the students got placements, I don't know the exact figure. Many local and outside companies visited the campus for placements. So the college helps a lot for placements. Students are also offered internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Everything is available here like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, sports and games area, etc. There is a canteen available on the ground floor where anyone can have breakfast and enjoy their free time.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very helpful. They are always ready for the help of students. As the college is affiliated to Gujarat University, it has to take part in every extracurricular activity like dancing, art and craft, sports, and spiritual, etc.

Review of Som-Lalit Education and Research Foundation (SLERF).
Placements: The college doesn't provide placement opportunities for B.Com students. None of the students is placed. Others courses offered by Som-Lalit College of Commerce are BBA and MBA. Placements are offered for these courses where companies do hire students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not good. Sports are not allowed here. Even there is no Wi-Fi facility. The parking space is very small. Cultural events are celebrated here. It's very congested as there is not much space. Our college has a 10-storey building.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are quite good and experienced. Some faculty members are even PhD holders. They behave quite professionally. The course curriculum followed here is prescribed by Gujarat University. Our college is affiliated to Gujarat University.

The fee structure for B.Com. at Gujarat University is around Rs. 7,000 per year.
I hope this helps.

It is a complete value for money degree course. Today, most B.Com. degree courses have a fee range in Rs 10,000 to Rs 50,000. The fee structure may differ, but most colleges prefer you to a certain amount of fees each year.
