Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: My course is B.A. multidisciplinary, around 45% of students got placed from my course, the highest salary offered is around Rs. 10,000, and the lowest is around Rs. 3,000. 60% of students got internships from my course. The top roles offered in my course are psychology and psychiatry.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my department are Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, etc. The hostel is good with nice food, good quality food, the canteen has a good menu, medical facilities are available in my college, and sports and games are also available.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well-qualified, knowledgeable, and understanding. The teaching quality is top-notch. The course curriculum is relevant, and it somewhat makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite tough and the pass percentage is 45%.
Other: I chose this course because I was confused about taking sociology & psychology, so I took B.A. general, which offers both courses in different semesters. The things I wish would improve my course are the timings.

Really good college for academics, good infrastructure and facilities .
Placements: There are no placements offered after graduation. However the college does provide opportunities to learn computer, yoga, makeup etc. By joining the Diploma courses that are offered in the college premises by different institutes like WEBEL. The college also provides opportunities like personality development and career building workshops and training which are held online and offline as per student preference. There is also training provided for competitive exams provided by different institutes through the college.
Infrastructure: There is availability of hostel. There is free Wi-Fi available. The classrooms are big and have calm environment. The library also has good collection of books required for studying. The canteen provides more or less good food but its a bit overpriced. Medical facilities are also avail. There is also a common room for resting or playing indoor games like carrom, table tennis, D-ART Ludo, Chess, etc. Annual Sports is held in college every year where both students and professors participate actively.
Faculty: The professors provide good guidance and help with the syllabus. Regular classes are held with pressure of attendance for both honours and general papers. The curriculis designed by UGC and covers all the important topics. The semesters are difficult and they are not held in home centres. But the college gives good grades for internals and also provides last year papers if any student needs them.
Other: The professors are definitely helpful and cooperative. However there are no big fests held. Seminars and webinars are held frequently.

Average experience in college.
Placements: Placements are not available in our college. Students have to find internships on their own.
Infrastructure: Labs are good. The software is old. Classrooms are average. The library is good, but books are limited. They arrange some events and competitions where students can take part and enhance their skills. There is no campus in the college. Our college does not have a ground and a canteen The editing lab is helpful, but the software is of an old version.
Faculty: Teachers are good at teaching, but placements are not available. Students have to find their internships themselves. It's a better college than other journalism colleges in Kolkata. Our college comes under University of Calcutta.

I am satisfied with the curriculum.
Placements: This college has a placement cell, provides proper placements. I am a honours student and I think that most honours students after completing their degree go for higher studies in place of getting a job, therefore think it is okay for a college to not have placement cell at this level.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are spacy and airy but are not cleaned properly. Although this does not affect the curriculum but I think proper care of hygeine should be taken.
There is no Wi-Fi for the students.
The library facilities are very good. There are a lot of books to help out students.
Faculty: The teachers are very cooperative, they always help out students when ever needed. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. There are a lot of activities that take place here, which makes a student ready for their future. The semester exams are not that hard if prepared well.

It is a perfect college for knowledge and placements.
Placements: Around 80% of students were placed from our college. The maximum fee is Rs. 80,000 only for admission, while the semester-wise fee is only Rs. 4,600. Top recruiting companies are not well known, but the placements are good enough.
Infrastructure: There are laboratories, Wi-Fi and also a library which contains a variety of books in huge stock. The mess and canteen have appropriate dietary food and supplements. Sports are also conducted every year, and games and exhibitions are provided mostly in academic years.
Faculty: The professors here are highly qualified and very supportive. The course is perfect for women to get identified and earn money after their graduation only. The exams are difficult if you do not study and research properly. Otherwise, every student who is a good learner and practitioner gets good marks. The pass percentage is 35%.
Other: This course provides a variety of options to explore. There is no need to improve or modify anything in this course. Scholarships are provided every year. The campus is appropriate and accommodates more than thousands of people.

Decent government-sponsored college under a budget but has drawbacks, especially regarding placement
Placements: There were good placements a year or two back, but now they don't really provide placements. However, the faculty will suggest where to apply and will guide you, but most of us pursued/will pursue higher studies. Most students clear their papers as the teachers provide you with plenty of notes.
Infrastructure: We have good Wi-Fi connectivity. Classrooms are decent with proper benches and a blackboard. There is an auditorium on the 3rd floor and a snart room on the same floor as well. The library is well stocked, and e-resources are available too. There is only one lift, and students aren't permitted to use it unless for certain cases.
Faculty: Pass percentage is about 90 percent. Most teachers are sufficiently qualified and are quite resourceful with their teaching. Adequate notes are provided, and extra classes are also offered to students if required (both online and offline modes). The curriculum is set by the university, so it prepares you for further studies very well.
Other: A yearly college fest is arranged called 'Bahar’, but it has sprung up very recently. Social events are also done, and sometimes the department personally may take you on an outing, which I'm sure you will enjoy a lot.
