    SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tiruchirappalli. I did B.Tech in Biotechnology. 
    Placements: Placements were average. Many opted for higher studies, and many of my friends pursued master's degrees. Those who got placed received a salary of 3-4 LPA. Not many people opted for placements. Only some did. Since this was a bachelor's course, not many were looking for good jobs.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good, certainly not really good, but quite okay. We had good classrooms with Wi-Fi all around the campus. Our hostel was good and neat, cleaned regularly. The mess food was quite average, so many students used to have lunch outside.
    Faculty: Faculty was nice and helped us a lot. We had exams twice a year. The curriculum was good, and the exams were pretty easy. Teachers taught the subjects practically and were very helpful with other matters too.

    SRM has good infrastructure and faculty members.
    Placements: In our college, we get placements from many companies with good packages. Most of the students get placed during placements; only a few miss the opportunity. In percentage terms, more than 95% of students get placed in companies. SRM is good for placements.
    Infrastructure: There are 2 types of rooms, one is 3-sharing and the other is 6-sharing. Each student has their own wardrobe and study place. There are also AC and non-AC rooms. The hostel also has Wi-Fi facilities. The food is very good, and there are alternatives available if we don't like the food.
    Faculty: Faculty members are good to all students and care for the students. Even the faculty members from other departments also helped us with some project work. The faculty members are well qualified. The exams are not too difficult. We can clear them easily if we study well. The pass percentage is more than 90% of students.
    Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in studying AI. We get many project works, so it helps us well. There are many events in our college, including cultural, sports events, etc.

    Absolutely satisfied here.
    Placements: 90% of the students got placed in reputed companies in 2024. The college provides a placement training class (CDC) which will start from the first year and its help to gain more knowledge.
    Infrastructure: Really good infrastructure and the hostel facilities are excellent. The campus is so clean. The restroom is twice a day. Classroom is fitted with digital smartboard, which helps us to learn in an advanced way. The hostel is so good. The food is very tasty and weekly thrice the non-veg will be provided.
    Faculty: Faculty members are so friendly to us. They are well-educated. They help us to research papers and help us to speak at conferences. They are well-educated in their respective field. The exams are so easy to clear. Per semester it consists of 3 exams (CLA 1, CLA 2, and semester).

    I am satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure.
    Placements: Almost all students get placed in top-rated companies. All the students are given training for their placements from their first year so that they get well trained. The college also encourages the students in many activities which are useful for their placements.
    Infrastructure: As the IST block was built recently, the classrooms are well-organized, clean, and equipped with proper furniture. All classrooms are air-conditioned. Event the hostel building is newly built and is good. It has also got a proper laundry, which is very useful.
    Faculty: Teachers are very good, and mentors help students by motivating them to enroll themselves in many competitions and hackathons, which will improve the students' skills. They also clarify our doubts whenever we ask them. The semester exams are a bit easier, but scoring more CGPA is the matter.

    Our college has a good infrastructure and well-trained faculty members.
    Placements: Our college has a very high placement rate, and that it is about 80-90%. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA. A variety of companies, including both mass recruiters and reputed MNCs, visit the campus for placements. The majority of students are placed through the on-campus placement drive. Top recruiters like Mitsuba Sical, Amazon, Digital Logiciel, CTS, TVS Motors, Wipro, HCL Technologies, and TVS Lyengar & Sons visit the college for placements. The dedicated placement cell actively works to connect students with reputed companies, providing ample opportunities for internships and placements.
    Infrastructure: Air-conditioned classrooms, labs, and a digital library are provided by the college. There is a fully air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of 1,500 students. Badminton, basketball, volleyball, and other sports courts are available. There is a hospital on campus for medical care. Our college provides well-maintained hostel rooms, but Wi-Fi is not available in the hostel. The hostel has both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms. An indoor gymnasium is available in the hostel. Two canteens are available inside the campus.
    Faculty: Faculty members at SRM are highly qualified, friendly, and knowledgeable. Teaching methods are interactive and engaging. The course curriculum is designed based on industry needs, project-based study, and direct collaboration with the industry for real-world knowledge. Semester exams are tough, and focusing on and understanding the concepts taught in classrooms is the only way to pass the exams. The course content is designed to directly address current industry needs, with modules on emerging technologies and real-world applications.
    Other: The campus hosts a variety of vibrant cultural and technical festivals like Pongal and Ganesh Chaturthi, providing a platform for students to showcase their talents and creativity. Many technical events are conducted every year. Construction is going on campus, so the dust and mud portion is there, but AQI is neat for 50 to 80 students.

    Honest review of faculty members and infrastructure.
    Placements: Top roles are junior SDE, data analytics job, marketing head, and sales head job. Most students got placed during joint placements in SRM KTR. Others got placed off-campus. Most companies don't visit here. They will only visit SRM KTR.
    Infrastructure: Hostel quality is somewhat good and food quality needs to be improved. There should be more than one canteen, as the main one gets crowded during peak times. Wi-Fi facility is not so good. They don't give students access to college Wi-Fi. Overall lab facility and classroom facilities are very good. We can easily get access to lab. Classrooms are very spacious as well.
    Faculty: Course curriculum over here is good. But, not the teaching is good. Literally every teacher only tries to pass the time and not everyone teaches. But, some faculty members are very good at teaching as well. The eLab method is very good at SRM. It trains students to solve real world problems.
    Other: SRM has many events lined up. They give more importance to creating college memories. They conducts many extracurricular activities as well.
