Honest review of my college.

Faculty: It's a very worthy course, Natural Gases of the Earth. The faculty is great, and they teach us nicely and help us to overcome our doubts. Various practices were done that help us with our further research. I enjoyed a lot. The subject combination of Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English as electives is perfect. We had two to three exams a year, and questions were set from every nook and corner of the syllabus. One needs to prepare thoroughly for the exams, and we need at least 75 percent attend...

My honest review of St. Anthony's College, Shillong.

Faculty: The curriculum was somewhat outdated, as the field of Information Technology. It requires us to stay updated with the latest languages and technologies, but the syllabus was outdated and needed to be revised quickly. It should also be mentioned that postgraduate students did not get any on-campus placements. Almost all teachers were NET-qualified and specialized in the subjects they taught. The staff was very friendly and young, so interaction with them was very good. Whenever there was a proble...

BBA course at St. Anthony's College, Shillong.

Faculty: For continuous involvement of students in academic portions, innovative ideas and discussions were conducted regularly by teachers. Teachers were very strict invigilators, not only with the examination papers but also in monitoring the students' regular activities.

The college is full of diversity with people coming from different states.

Faculty: I like the curriculum activities, such as the surprise tests conducted in the middle of class. Seminars are organized for each individual for career growth. They provide special breaks to prepare for exams. Class size is 60. The course fees is Rs. 56,500 per year.

Satisfied with the faculty members.

Faculty: Teachers are very cooperative and helpful towards the students. They are very helpful and use different types of methods of teaching. Sometimes they always sold students for disrespect and bad behavior. Our course is curriculum relevant and it makes the students industry ready.

Computer labs are very highly expensive.

Faculty: Course will not give complete real-world applications. Exam's difficulty level is between medium and hard. Timing for theory exam is 3 hours.

All the faculty members are experts in their fields and motivate students.

Faculty: I had passed out BCA and wanted to study further to learn more in-depth. So, I had decided to join the course. Like all other curricula of Indian education system, the course was outdated and failed to deliver the standard required to be job-ready. There were semester exams every 6 months. It was not at all hard if a regular study schedule could be followed.

It's very affordable even for students who are financially weak.

Faculty: According to the social aspects, the influence through our college will be so nice, and also the curriculum will be prepared for the real world. The applications further the academic aspects so clearly understand to the students, and also three areas need to be improved. More study hours had been conducted at the college. On Saturday, three exams were also conducted seriously.

Management, I love the way the college manages certain things.

Faculty: Faculty to student ratio is approximately 1 on 24, which includes Guest faculty also. There are a lot of people like Prof. Naveen Kumar with over 70 publications. Prof. Anil Kumar expertise in energy technology, Astt. Prof Dhirendra Kumar signal processing, and there are a lot of pros which are legends.

Faculty: The faculty member were very good and understanding, and their nature was also good. There were so many things that we can learn from them along with our studies. My course B.Tech CSE AI and ML was also good, which made us aware of the things that were helpful for us in the future.

The college provides quality education at an affordable price. All the teachers are good.

Faculty: 2 on 10 was the faculty to student ratio. Every faculty member has a respectful attitude towards the students, and they were really cooperating. I like a Verbal teachers attitude as she never looked down on any student. Talking about the qualification of the faculty, they all have done a Ph.D. in their subject, if not, then some of them have studied at some respected institutes like IITs and DU, etc. Every faculty was good to me. Exam criteria were 75% attendance. Exam structure, 2 internal asse...

The teaching staff are really good at teaching and they give their best to help the students.

Faculty: Our teaching staff were really nice and they really tried their best to solve students problems. From our department, I like our HOD, he was really nice and funny too. I like one of our teachers too, his name was Ricky, he was really sweet and nice. In our college, only one exam was conducted, which was the end semester examination, and before that, we had a practical exam for our internal marks.

The college is full of diversity with people coming from different states.

Placements: Campus placement is good, but you need the skill to crack any placement. The placement is average, but it's good for a skilled person. I suggest that students taking admission in the course please be prepared for the interview from the 1st semester, as it's very important. Completing a project and an internship is very important. At the end of the 4th semester, meaning the second year, the college placement cell conducts training for those students who are interested in taking on-campus placemen...

Very best college for doing MCA.

Faculty: The course curriculum was well-structured, offered a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical applications. The curriculum did a decent job of preparing students for real-world applications by including practical assignments, case studies, and project work. However, more hands-on learning, industry exposure, and real-world case studies could further enhance its effectiveness. Overall, the curriculum was relevant but could be more dynamic to keep pace with industry trends.
