Placements: I completed my B.Com from St. Berchmans College Kottayam. Around 90%+ students were placed in my department. Reputed banks like South Indian Bank, Federal Bank and SBI recruited students from our college. My friends are their employees now. Roles offered in these banks were office assistant clerk and assistant manager.
Infrastructure: In our commerce department, projectors were there for presentations or seminars in every classroom. Library is the heart of the college. The biggest library of MG university was in our college. Lab facility is extraordinary, spacious and neat.
Faculty: Teachers are gems. They help us not only in academics but also provide moral and personal support. Actually the college is an autonomous college, so the results are published within 1-2 months. Difficulty level of exams is above average. The pass percentage was 89 in 2021.
Other: A lot of opportunities are available for this course now. But my focus was to study the pattern of capital marketing and I believe I had done a good job. I think an improvement is required only in the case of social involvement. Teachers should teach how to behave in right way in any worst situation or good situation. The college conducted two fests, one our commerce fest and second the food fest. A number of extracurricular activities are there.

Good infrastructure and worthy to join.
Placements: Almost 40-50 % of students were placed. The highest package is almost 4-9 LPA for MBA programs there UG aided programs may have the lowest of Rs15000. The average is almost Rs 20000. The top recruiting companies are MRF, South Indian Bank, Federal Bank, etc. This differs from course to course. Some courses have internships and some don't. After B.Com you may enter as a Clerk or Head cashier of such banks.
Infrastructure: Many facilities are available like hostels, sports grounds, indoor stadium, common instrumental facility, computer labs, botanical garden, career orientation center, auditorium and conference halls, herbarium, canteen, cafeteria, etc. The hostels are all good and provide great food, sports, and medical facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and many of them are Ph.D. holders, researchers, etc. TGE faculty members of this college are excellent in various aided departments. There are also some guest lectures. The course curriculum is updated every 3 years so,p they are very relevant. The semester exams aren't that difficult.
