Our college creates good media professionals.
Placements: Our college organises placement drives for students every year. The recruiting companies are HDFC, Power TV, Amazon, and many others. Teachers take the initiative to place students through their reference in the industry. Our college has a tie-up with some great bureaucrats and well-known profiles who come in as guest lecturers. Students get acquainted with industry experts thus providing them with better opportunities in achieving their goals.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is great. It is equipped with smart classrooms, Wi-Fi connectivity in each corridor, and a highly facilitated studio which includes a production control room and the studio floor. Students can use the studio facilities for the purposes of recording and videography and they get a chance to work on music production. Our college provides a well-established library and media lab for students.
Faculty: Teachers in our college have industry experience which gives an add-on value to their teaching. They are friendly with students and provide opportunities for students to get the best out of them.
Other: I chose this course because it is the most vibrant department of the entire college. It is directly and indirectly involved in all the activities and events organised in our college. Our department conducts fests and events such as Media Bash, Papyrus, Bonsai, Mugshot, and Spanma along with various outreach programs, trips, and other leisure activities.
