Review of St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad.

Placements: This is the best college in Gujarat. To get admission students should have at least 60% in their higher secondary examination.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very beautiful, and there are many trees. The campus is greenery, and the classrooms are big. There is no air-conditioner facility. This college provides a computer laboratory, statistics laboratory, and mathematics laboratory. The library is also good, and there are many books. I would not recommend the hostel, because the rooms are not good and the light condition is low. The boy's hostel facilities are also not good.

Faculty: In this college, teachers are intelligent like HOD. They are humble and knowledgeable. Their teaching method is very unique. Our college is autonomous so the course is different from GU. The semester exams are very tough, if students know the concept and practical knowledge then it is very easy.

Other: I opted for this mathematics subject, because all over Gujarat, there is not a single college with whom I can compare. If students are looking for a maths subject as a major, then they can choose this college.

This college is very strict in discipline.

Placements: I opted for the B.Sc. Maths course so there are no placements. I can't say anything about placements. If you want to do B.Sc., in this college, this is a good choice but you have to study hard to pass because they will not let you pass exams easily.

Infrastructure: Our college hostel is not so good. If you are from outside Gujarat then you have no choice. You do what you want. You have many better options. In that case, you can live in PGs. There are many PGs in Ahmedabad so you can select any one of them according to your facility and budget.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are so good at their work but they will take your exam too much. I did my first semester online and semester 2 was offline. There is a lack of time. We have 3 to 4 months for completing the same in that time. We have a summer holiday for a month. We have to study for 1/2 a month and our exams are conducted in 1/2 a month.

Satisfied with the college but a little dissatisfaction regarding thr college timings.

Placements: The college is best in the field of commerce as they have best and assured placements from TATA. This college will not only give you education but will make you an all rounder. This college have almost every sport facilities. T he college is very reputed and has a very nice ranking of best college in Gujarat. The faculty members are very nice and understanding though strict but only if necessary.

Infrastructure: The hostels are available for both girls and boys. Boys hostel is in the college campus only but the girls hostel is a few km away from the college. The hostel has good security. They organise various fest for encouraging the students in the hostel. The mess is also good. The college is supportive in case of sports. Every department in the college is best at tier places with proper labs. The classrooms are also well constructed without any AC keeping in mind the environment.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. The teaching quality is very good. The course is also upto the mark thus giving less burden on students. The teaching is such that children get confidence to speak up and have confidence wherever they go. Faculty members are also ever ready to help.

Other: My course is B.Sc. in Mathematics. Though time for classes are not good as it destroy the whole day and students are left with no time for their self study. Still many exams are conducted other then college studies.

Excellent infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Many companies visited the college. I got this information from my senior and my sister too because she passed her BSc from the zoology department from this college, so it was a great experience as per her description and because of that, I joined this college for my better future.

Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi is provided by the college. The canteen has both non-vegetarian plus vegetarian food. The laboratory is quite well-structured which contains equipment avalaible as per need. The library is the best here for study it contains most of all books available here as per our chosen field. Sports and games contains football, cricket, volleyball, NCC camps etc.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-structured and are honoured by awards in their respective fields. The curriculum, of course, is well structured too as I feel in my all respective subjects(mathematics, statistics, physics, economical statistics and our respective practical lab course).

Other: 75% attendance is compulsory which let all students attain lectures and study well. Time schedule: 11:00 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday), 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM(Saturday). Cultural festivals are excellent with all enjoyable moments. Regarding to speech competition, our college got first in the news reading speech among all colleges in Ahmedabad.

The best in every department, St. Xavier's College.

Placements: When I was doing B.Sc. Maths from St. Xavier's Ahmedabad, there was no traditional placement system, but our HOD used to share job openings available for B.Sc. Maths graduates as well as bank openings. The average package offered by banks was 5-6 LPA. The top recruiting bank was Federal. There was no one got an internship. The top role offered was that of a clerk.

Infrastructure: St. Xavier's College in Ahmedabad was well known for its infrastructure and old architectural style. Even when I saw their classes, they were still the same as they used to be 100 years ago, maintaining their old infrastructure and tradition. Wi-Fi, library, and clean washrooms were top-notch facilities at St. Xavier's College. Talking about the hostel, it was average with three students sharing a room, and the quality of food was decent. Sports were a festival for the students of St. Xavier's and were cherished there. The medical facilities were the best at St. Xavier's.

Faculty: Professors at St. Xavier's College were of the best level, they knew their subjects inside and out, and all had met the eligibility criteria to become professors. I would rate the faculty members of St. Xavier's College 9/10. The curriculum was industry-ready for students. The difficulty level at St. Xavier's College was quite high, and the passing percentage was around 50%.

Other: I scored 80/100 in Maths in my 12th board, which made me interested in Maths as a future career. I think the strict checking at St. Xavier's College should have been improved. St. Xavier's College had an annual fest called the Cultural Fest, which was my favorite part of college life.
