St Xavier's Ranchi B.Com accounts - Placement, fee, events, and many more.

Placements: Placement number is not high. You can't rely on the college placement cell. Though, there are number of students who get placed in top companies. The percentage is less. I guess the highest package is around 5 LPA - 6 LPA. The placement cell is really helpful and answers your queries.

Good for a head start in the higher education journey.

Placements: My college doesn’t provide any placements for this course as it is a Bachelor’s degree. But it provides good knowledge on how to engage in the topic so that we can learn how to do fieldwork. Teachers provide a better understanding so that we can perform fieldwork properly. They guide us on how to deal with problems so that we can apply for jobs outside the college. Sometimes students get internships from statistical-based companies, but mostly the internships are from NSSO.

One of the best colleges in Jharkhand

Placements: Around 30–40% of students were placed in our course, but the roles were not relevant to our field. Generally, tele-caller and receptionist-type jobs were offered during the placement drive. Top recruiting companies included Wipro, Tata, etc. Very few students got internships.

I am satisfied with my college faculty, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: 50% of students were placed in my course. 10 LPA is the highest, and 5-6 LPA is the minimum package offered in my course. College provides companies like TCS, BAJAJ FINSERV, HDFC BANK. 100% students placed in an internship. But students have searched for an internship on their own in a company like Savera Infotech.

The college is average, there is nothing special about it. You can take admission if you want to.

Placements: We had a total of 55 students in our batch in the beginning, but many left due to certain reasons such as low attendance, etc. In the end, the class strength is 36 by the time we reached the final year. We all got internships in good reputed companies, but not very big companies. Campus placement was not very decent, below average. Nobody could achieve a very high package, one girl got into ICICI Bank. Many didn’t even get placement, but the highest package I would say is 2.5 LPA, and the lowest...

The college is excellent in discipline and rules and regulations. I am happy with that college.

Placements: 50% of students are placed in that course, and the highest package is 10 LPA in my course. Companies like TCS, Bajaj Finserv, ICICI Bank, etc., recruit here. Every student does an internship by themselves, the college only provides the letter and recommendations. The internship period is a maximum of 2 months, which is compulsory for everyone to complete. In the last semester, the college provides the internship, otherwise, you can do it by yourself.
