Best to start your future.

Placements: 30 percent of students got placed from my college. Companies like Wipro, Genpact, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, etc., hire every year. Approximately 70 percent of students get internships. Roles offered are an analyst and a taxation role. Our college helps us to prepare for recruitment.

College is good, but hostel is not good.

Placements: College is very old. 50 percent students get placed and most are doing higher education. 4-5 LPA is average placement and around 10 LPA is the highest. No company visit, you can be placed by outside. Internship is not offered by college, and you can do yourself.

St Xavier's Ranchi B.Com accounts - Placement, fee, events, and many more.

Placements: Placement number is not high. You can't rely on the college placement cell. Though, there are number of students who get placed in top companies. The percentage is less. I guess the highest package is around 5 LPA - 6 LPA. The placement cell is really helpful and answers your queries.

Good for a head start in the higher education journey.

Placements: My college doesn’t provide any placements for this course as it is a Bachelor’s degree. But it provides good knowledge on how to engage in the topic so that we can learn how to do fieldwork. Teachers provide a better understanding so that we can perform fieldwork properly. They guide us on how to deal with problems so that we can apply for jobs outside the college. Sometimes students get internships from statistical-based companies, but mostly the internships are from NSSO.

One of the best colleges in Jharkhand

Placements: Around 30–40% of students were placed in our course, but the roles were not relevant to our field. Generally, tele-caller and receptionist-type jobs were offered during the placement drive. Top recruiting companies included Wipro, Tata, etc. Very few students got internships.

I am satisfied with my college faculty, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: 50% of students were placed in my course. 10 LPA is the highest, and 5-6 LPA is the minimum package offered in my course. College provides companies like TCS, BAJAJ FINSERV, HDFC BANK. 100% students placed in an internship. But students have searched for an internship on their own in a company like Savera Infotech.

BSc Statistics at St. Xavier's College is the costliest BSc programme. Students from the General category must pay INR 60,350 per year. Even with the JAC board discount, the fee remains the highest at INR 60,250. This is significantly more expensive than other honours programs like Physics or Botany
