I'm satisfied with my choice of college, course, and placements.
Placements: There were various companies came to our college even I got placed at ICICI Bank. Around 40 percent of students got placed. The lowest package was around 2.50 LPA, the highest was 7.29 LPA, the average was 3 LPA. The top recruiter for BBA was ICICI Bank. All the students in BBA got internships as it was a part of the curriculum. We had an industrial visit to companies such as O-Hub, Varun Beverages, Parle G, Bharat Masala at Bhuneshwar. It was an all-over knowledgeable and fun experience accompanied by professors.
Infrastructure: There was a Wi-Fi facility, hostel for boys, enough classrooms for lectures, labs, a library, an indoor sports space, a ground for outdoor games, a canteen, a medical room, and a sports tournament. They valued not only the curriculum but also sports and other extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Professors were knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to approach. The course was highly relevant to the real world and they also provided practical exposure. Exams were not so difficult if you were regular during classes. The passing marks in each subject were 44 percent. They also provided 6 grace marks in only one subject for the whole duration of the course.
Other: I wanted to work with private organisations and corporate life basically BBA was perfect according to my interests. Extracurricular activities should be more for BBA students and fests should be held every year so that, along with learning students can experience relaxing moments. Fests were conducted.

Best faculty members but poor management and average placements.
Placements: The top companies recruiting for my course were TCS, Accenture, Bajaj, Genpact and many more. The average package was 300,000 p. a. The internship that I came across was from Puresh Daily Foods Pvt. Ltd and they were providing internships for the duration of 2 months in three fields, which were HR, Marketing and finance. The stipend offered was 4000.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well furnished and smart boards are installed in every classroom, providing a better learning experience. The hostel facility is only available for boys belonging to the ST category. The labs are upgraded with modern facilities; there is a central library and a departmental library for B.A. specifically .
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, holding a Ph.D. degree and are true to their job. They hold the best knowledge of their subject and provide the students with the best understanding of it. The curriculum is very relevant as it teaches all the necessary insights about the operation and management of organizations, which makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams' difficult level is moderate; if students attend classes attentively and study on a timely basis, it is easy to opt for excellent marks.
Other: The best thing about this course is that it not only focuses on theoretical knowledge but also makes students familiar with practical knowledge about the operation of industries. Every year, the department takes students on an industrial trip, which adds much more value to the curriculum with real-life experience about industry practices. There is a slight need for improvement in examination conduct as the six-month semester is being wrapped up in just 4 months, including the end-of-semester exams, which is too early. The festival has been on hold since 2020 but because of COVID, I got to attend and participate in the annual sports meet twice during my college years. There are several clubs for different interests and communities, like Rotaract Club, Abhivyakti Club, NCS and other departmental clubs as well. The scholarship is not provided by the college but it does provide relief to students belonging to the ST and SC categories and the cutoffs are also lower for them.

All about our college life.
Placements: Good placements were made, and about 80% of the students were placed. An industrial visit was conducted, where people learned about corporate life. For our course, there was a package of 2 lacs and the highest of 7 lacs. It is a smooth process; there is nothing to worry about.
Infrastructure: Good hostel Wi-Fi is available, 3 canteens are there, and we have two basketball courts, one volleyball court, and one badminton court. The hostels are available only for boys in the reserved category, though you will find good hostels near the college.
Faculty: The faculty members are the best; they will clear up all your doubts. They are also very helpful and kind. They are well qualified for exams. Moderate subjects studied are very helpful. We have subjects in math, states, computers, organizational behavior, and ethics .

College provides a lot of internship opportunities.
Placements: Around 14 Lacs maximum package was offered in BBA by St Xavier's college Ranchi and minimum 3-4 Lacs was offered. Students do get chance and opportunities for paid and good internships in our college. We get a lot of internship opportunities. College gives fair placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is not bad, though the internet connection and network at our college is really bad. There is a hostel for boys but not for girls. The food provided is not bad. We have 3 canteens in our college. We have basketball court, place to play dodgeball and football.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is not bad but could be a lot better. The course curriculum is relevant. College starts to take students for industrial visits when students reach 3rd semester.
Other: Few teachers really need to change the way they teach. After lovkdown the college has not celebrated any fests.

I am satisfied with campus and faculty members.
Placements: Almost 20-30% of students got campus placements. The highest salary package offered ranges between 7 LPA - 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered varies between 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Lido, and Deloitte. Managerial roles for industries and businesses have been offered in this course with various specializations.
Infrastructure: There are departmental libraries and one central library. We have air-conditioned classrooms, 3 canteens, medical facilities, Wi-Fi access, a game zone, common rooms, and many more. There are affordable hostels with average-quality mess food. All types of basic medical facilities are available on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. I would rate 4 out of 5 for teaching quality. BBA is indeed beneficial and makes the students industry-ready by inculcating relevant knowledge and skills. Exams are conducted by Ranchi University. The pass percentage is 33%.
Other: To get business, industrial and management knowledge, BBA is the best course for such enlightenment. It develops managerial qualities and develops a business mind. I wish there were more practical implications throughout the course duration. There are various clubs. One can participate in extracurricular activities, such as sports events, Nukkad Natak, seminars, annual fests, etc.

Good infrastructure and knowledge.
Placements: Only about 70-80% students become eligible for placements. My knowledge shows that the maximum package is somewhere around 7 LPA and the average package is about 4 LPA. Wipro, ICICI and Bajaj are just a handful of renowned businesses that visit our campus for placements. Well-qualified students have a lot of offers presented to them. Internships are provided to the students in accordance with their qualifications, and relevant tasks include email support.
Infrastructure: On-campus features include a gym, well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi, and a library. The libraries have enough necessary books and journals. There are hostel options, and the food and other services are decent. There are medical facilities available. A football field, cricket and sports equipments are available.
Faculty: The education is of a fair grade. The teachers are skilled and educated. The course curriculum is relevant. Although it helps students understand the sector and provide them a basic understanding, I wouldn't believe that it prepares them for the profession. Semester exams are not difficult. 33% is the pass percentage.
Other: I chose this course because I was curious to study about money, business and industry. It would be better if the course could be little industry oriented. Annual fest is conducted every year. Extracurricular activities such as sports and educational tours are conducted on a regular basis. Many social groups are also formed to help students.

St. Xavier's College - good academics and great knowledge.
Placements: Around 70-80% are eligible for placements. According to my information, the average package is around 4 Lacs and the highest package is somewhere 7 Lacs. Many well-known companies visit our college for placement such as Wipro, ICICI and Bajaj. There are many offers made to the students who are well qualified. Internships and offered to the students according to their qualification and the roles offered are email support, etc.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available in the campus like gym, well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi, library. All the necessary books and journals are available in the libraries. Hostel are available, the quality of food and other facilities are decent. Medical facilities are available. Their is ground and sports equipment are provided.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but the teaching quality is quite decent. Yes the course curriculum is relevant. I would not say that it make students industry ready, but it helps to know the industry and provide basic knowledge. Semester exams were not that hard to pass, the pass percentage is 33%. .
Other: I choose because I want to study the principles of the money, business is organized. I think I would be better if tah course provide in depth knowledge about the industry. Events and fest are conducted every year. Scholarship is provided by the college and also by the government. Yes their is extra curricular activities such as photography and art competition, sports competition etc.

The college had good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placements were done in the university, but not all the children participated as not a particular company come for a course. It asked every graduate to sit in the same company. Accenture and Infosys also visited our campus. We were offered to study retail management.
Infrastructure: The hostel and college infrastructure was good. The food served in the canteen was too good and there were 6 canteens where you can get food and snacks. College ground was big and children were participating in every sport. The library remained open till evening as students can get their course book easily and they can even sit there to study.
Faculty: Professors in our college were more qualified. They used us to give notes so that it would help us to read it without going to text. We used to do practicals during academics by visiting BSNL and Big Bazaar. The semester exam was very easy. Students won't have tension during exams because of the notes provided by faculty members.
Other: Events were celebrated in the college. Every year, fests used to be celebrated. You can get a crowd as half Ranchi came into the campus. Every minority as well as ST, and SC students got the scholarships.
