SIBM Bangalore Course Admissions 2025: Fees, Eligibility, Dates & Selection Process

SIBM Bangalore admission is a blend of merit and entrance basis depending on the course selected by the students. For the flagship MBA course, the institute admits students based om their academic merit + score secured in SNAP test + Group Exercise + Personal Interview. Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, SIBM Pune shortlists students based on their performance in the SNAP test. The entrance exam is followed by a round of group exercise and personal interaction. Selected students need to upload the documents for verification and book a slot for seat allocation. The weightage for MBA selection at SIBM Pune is as follows:

• The admission to MBA and MBA (FMBE) programs is done on the basis of the score of the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test  (SNAP).
• To apply for an MBA, candidates must have a Graduate degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in graduation from a recognised university. 
• For the MBA Executive program, the candidate must have a Graduate degree from a recognised university with a minimum 3-year of working experience.
• Final selection is done on the basis of the SNAP score followed by the performance in Group Exercise (GE), Personal Interview (PE) and Writing Ability Test (WAT).

SNAP registration process is online at SNAP TEST website. Candidates will hve to fill the online SNAP application form at the exam website by creating a login ID. The SNAP fee payment will have to be made online while filling the application form. Candidates need to mention the number of attempts in a single form only. They also have to select the SIU colleges and courses for admission in the same form. The process of SNAP application form filling has been described below:

1. Go to SNAP Test website
2. Click on 'new registration' 
3.  Enter personal details, nationality, city, phone number and email ID
4.  Verify registration through OTP received
5. Login with the application number and password received in mail 
6. Select test cities and sessions 
7. Enter academic details and upload photo/scanned signature 
8. Pay the application fee to complete the process.

The fee structure of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Bengaluru is:

• For Indian students, the Academic Fees for Master of Business Administration-Business Analytics is Rs. 9,92,000 per annum including the Institute Deposit of Rs. 20,000 which is refundable afterwards. 
• The Hostel and Mess fee structure is listed below:

• For International students, the Academic Fees for Master of Business Administration-Business Analytics is $19,000 per annum including the Institute Deposit of $275 which is refundable afterwards and an Administrative Fees of $550 which is non-refundable. 

The eligibility criteria of SIBM Bengaluru is:

 1. Candidates should be graduated from any university with a 50% marks or equivalent grade.

2. Candidates appearing for final year can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtain a 50% marks or equivalent grade.

3. A candidate who has completed qualifying from any foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from association of Indian universities.

The application fee for the MBA course at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bangalore (SIMB) is INR 1,000. Additionally, for the MBA admission, students need to appear and clear the SNAP test. The application fee for the SNAP test is INR 2250. SIMB Bangalore E-MBA application fee is INR 1500. The fee is non-refundable, hence students are advised to fill the form carefully. The institute accepts the fee through both online modes and Demand Draft. The SNAP application fee is INR 2250 to be paid in online mode only through credit/debit card or internet banking. The application fee is to be paid for successful submission of the form. Until the fee is paid, the form will not be accepted. Candidate's must also note that the fee amount is non-refundable. Since, there is no option of form correction in SNAP candidates must make sure they fill the SNAP form correctly otherwise if they enter incorrect data they will have to fill a fresh form and pay the fees again. The fee for every test session and every SIU institute is to be paid additionally at the time of form filling only. Fee is to be paid for each session. Those who shall not pay for session 2 or 3, or for SIU institute/s will not be eligible for the same. The fee per session is INR 2250 and the fee per institute is INR 1000.

For SIBM Bangalore admissions, candidates need to clear the SNAP test and also clear the eligibility criteria. SNAP is Symbiosis National Aptitude Test which is conducted by SIU for MBA admissions.
