Yes, Symbiosis Law School offers LLM course for the candidates who have completed their LLB from a recognised university. Apart from LLM following courses are also offered at SLS Pune:

The Symbiosis Law School Pune recorded a 95% placement rate in LLM in 2021 placement, which was declined as compared to 2020, i.e., 97% and 2019, i.e. 100% during placement 2021. Hostel facilities are available at Symbiosis Law School, Pune but there is no compulsion for a student to live in the hostel.

The choice is completely a student's and if they don't want to stay in the hostel, they can choose to.

If a person is from Pune itself or they want to stay somewhere other than the hostel, they can opt out of it. In short, it's not compulsory to stay at hostel.
