The campus does not provide enough facilities for students.

Placements: 1 student got placed out of 1000 students. None of the students got internships in our college. There were several courses like IELTS and ethical hacking offered in the college. There was no recruitment in our college. College management was poor and didn't promote the college.

Infrastructure: There were no hostels in our college. The quality of canteen was average but it was good. But most of the students prefer to eat from outside. The college management did not provide enough funds for the students for sports. There was no encouragement for the students in sports.

Faculty: Teachers were good at their jobs. They prefer quality time for the students and they were helpful. The course curriculum was not relevant and did not make students industry-ready. The pass percentage was 50% including the internal marks.

Other: This course taught us literature and history. There were less events in our college.

The worst college, The Cochin.

Placements: The percentage of students is 62 in my course. There are 62 students in my class. I have got merit admission for my course. The management demands 1 Lakh above for this course. There are some IELTS certificates provided by the time of the first year.

Infrastructure: There is no free Wi-Fi for students, and there are no hostels for the students provided by the college. There are no medical facilities in my college. There is no matter for wrestling students in my college, and the management does not provide anything for martial arts support in my college. I'm a taekwondo player.

Faculty: Teachers are very good in my college, the best teachers. Yes, the curriculum is relevant. Yes, it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are good, but I was a little bad at studying in the first semester because of my situations. But I'm trying my best to clear the papers via supplementary exams.

Other: I like to study English from my childhood, and I'd like to be a police officer. I didn't think much more about the course, but it's good to learn English because it's an international language. The events and fests are a little low, and the campus is less crowded.

The college had good placements and really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: 80% of students chose this course, and the average package offered by the course helped students get jobs. Top recruiting companies wanted people who completed this course, and companies like Infopark, Technopark, and other big companies hired from this course. Top roles were offered in this course.

Infrastructure: All facilities were available, including the library and hi-tech classrooms. The hostel was very good, and the canteen was also good. The quality of facilities in the hostel, the food in the mess and canteen, and medical facilities were good.

Faculty: Teachers were very good and helpful. The exams were simple and easy to score marks. The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable.

Other: The best thing about this course was that all subjects were easy to study and tension-free. Events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities were all satisfactory.

It’s good for studying and playing.

Placements: They provide the best classes and also offer placements. They provide internships in many best companies. Placements are good enough.

Infrastructure: A hostel is not provided in Cochin College, so we have to find apartments to stay. However, the classes and ambiance are best for studying. There are the best canteens, and the place is very eco-friendly with the best ground. The college is very supportive of sports and academics.

Faculty: The college provides the best classes. Exams are regularly conducted with average difficulty. Almost everyone passes the exams. It is a wonderful place to study. Teachers are very supportive. I recommend everyone to study at this college. There are many courses that students can choose from, and the fees vary from low to high, depending on the course. I was placed in Cochin College with 78% through the sports quota.

Other: Cochin College is best for events, and it is beautiful too. Being there creates the best moments. It is the best college, and I love it.

Review of The Cochin College.

Placements: Campus placements were not offered. My plan after the completion of the course is to study any professional courses such as CA, CS, etc for better job opportunities and career. But last year, the internship program provided by the college was a big one. Students can make use of it.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average.

Faculty: Faculty members of our department were the major part of our victory achieved by the student. There were almost 12 teachers and staff in our department. The majority comes under the age group of 35-45 years old. Most of the senior teachers retired in the previous year. If you score 70-80% marks in plus two it is a good option for higher studies. You must use the library facilities of the college. This is an MG University-affiliated college. Admission is through a centralised allotment process.

Other: I opted for this course because I like the subject. The course is almost good and there is nothing to improve. The events and fests are good.
