It is a good college with well-experienced and friendly staff members.

Placements: More than 50% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered was 60 LPA. The lowest salary offered was 30 LPA. The top recruiting companies visit our college for recruitment. Around 75% of students got internships from local building companies for a site visit and some government survey camp will conduct. In our course, few students were working in central government and state government jobs. Few students also got placed in banks.

Infrastructure: In civil engineering, classrooms are provided ground floor of the building for easy accessible of labs. Wi-Fi is available for free all the time. Classrooms are very hygienic. Staff members are very talented. Every day we play indoor and outdoor games in our college. The campus is full of nature. Every Friday, they conduct extra activities like NSS, NCC, YRC, etc. The food served in the hostel is of good quality and daily different varieties of food are served. Canteen is available on the campus, and serves good food. It is open on all the working days. The outdoor and indoor sports are good and we participate in every tournament of both indoor and outdoor games. Some students play district level matches and have won many prizes.

Faculty: This college one of the government aided college. It is affiliated with Anna University. It is the second best college of this university colleges in Tamil Nadu. Teachers were highly experienced. The teaching quality was good. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Teachers are very talented. They taught us very well so we did not find it difficult to write the semester exams. The pass percentage was more than 85%.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest building buildings in it since my childhood. Students can improve more if they study extra courses like Auto Cad 2D ,3D drawings, etc. We have College Day every year and they also conduct Arts Day and other programs also.
