Excellent campus to study a 4 year engineering course.

Placements: The college provides a very limited placement opportunities. The college provides a very good training sessions for placements. Students get opportunities to attend interviews through placement cell. The faculty refers students for various internships.

Infrastructure: The college provides various infrastructure facilities like Wi-Fi, a huge playground, excellent laboratories, and e-journal facilities. As the campus is situated in Idukki township which is famous for its natural beauty, it is very beautiful. The college campus has a friendly atmosphere.

Faculty: Majority of the faculty in the college are experienced. The college has strong alumni network which makes student-industry interaction easy. Majority of the faculty are PhD holders. The college has a very good teaching and non-teaching staff. The teachers give right guidance to the students for their prosperous future.

Good and worth the money. Excellent for arts and sports.

Placements: The placements of the college are average. I was a student at this college. The college conducts placement drive for a few particular companies. A minimum of 10 students gets placed in Infosys every year. The placement cell of the college joins hands with the student union run by SFI to give training to students before placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is old. It is one of the oldest campuses in Kerala. The campus has natural outlook and provides a nice and cool ambience inside. The campus is enabled with Wi-Fi. The campus is directly under Mahatma Gandhi University, which is one of the oldest universities, so upgrading of infrastructure will happen slowly.

Faculty: The faculty of the college are very supportive and are friendly with the students. The campus has very good teaching and non-teaching staff. The majority members of the faculty of this college are PhD holders and have good industrial experience. The strength of this college lies in the student union. They are the one who does a lot of developmental activities on the campus.

Placements: As per the name UCE, (U Come and Enjoy) we can enjoy the campus life. All the students who scored above 65% of the mark are placed in most of IT ventures such as Infosys, Accenture, Google, Oracle, Cisco, FB, etc. Now one is vice president of Wipro-Germany and 1 is associated vice president of TCS India.

Infrastructure: Most of the facilities are on contract. Hostel, Wi-Fi, and college bus are not available. Well designed digital and physical Library and well-equipped Labs are there. The canteen is there.

Faculty: Well dedicated contract teachers and non-dedicated permanent teachers. Contract teachers are very helpful and guides. Teaching quality is good for college not for school. The curriculum is good but not renowned recently. So, new technologies such as not in the syllabus.

Other: Branch of IT, the events, fest etc. are more important than Studying. The scholarships and fee are related to Government.
