This college is really good at placements.

Placements: The placements are above average; good placements are there, with around 60% of students placed from this course. The highest package is 36 LPA, the lowest package is 2.5 LPA, and the average package is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are MNCs like Wipro, Infosys, and Deloitte.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good for this branch. There are dedicated blocks for each department, and there is a lab for each subject. Classrooms, libraries, ground, and playtime are given after college hours. Attendance is mandatory in every semester.

Faculty: The faculty were experts in their respective subjects, and good support is provided to the students. The teaching faculty was also good. Some special tasks are assigned to the students to upgrade their skills. Semester-end exams are a little bit hard for me, but if we study regularly, then they will be easy.

Really great teachers are there.

Placements: For the placement purpose, some exams are conducted and some CRT classes are done. Around 60% - 80% are placed. The highest package is 40lpa, the lowest package is 2.5lpa and the average package is 7lpa. Top recruiting companies are infosys, amazon, tcs, Capgemini others.

Infrastructure: Better infrastructure is provided by the college and huge libraries we can refer those books for extra knowledge and also for exams. Wi-Fi is available in the labs. Every computer has ethernet connection. Canteen, food court, fests and events are happen.

Faculty: Teaching of the faculty is above average. They are with good qualification and most of them are M.Teach graduates and providing the best knowledge to us. Course curriculum is fully relevant and it makes student industry ready. Exams are quite easy if we study regularly.

Really nice hilltop view.

Placements: A lot number of students are placed from this course. But majority are placed from outside the college. Placement companies at our college are not that good. Their packages are very low compared to the skills our students pursue. I am not familiar with the percentage of placements but I am sure that the majority where placed to companies outside the placement cell of our college.

Infrastructure: Buildings are a little bit old. Wi-Fi connections are not available every time. Lab facilities are good. First year classrooms were recently converted to smart classes. Library books are not updated. No literature session is available for leisure time reading. Hostel facilities are great. Maintenance work are frequently done. Food is also good. Sports and games are supported at an average level considering there is no playground for the college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Study materials are provided by the faculty members. Previous year question papers are discussed and practiced in class. Semester exam pass marks are easy to obtain. But the evaluation is unpredictable. Also, the amount required for evaluation is also high. Pass percentage for written semester exam is 40%. A minimum of 75 marks is required to pass a subject with 100 marks written exam and 50 marks internal combined.

Other: I chose this course because I love coding and have an interest in learning more about programming. Many opportunities are available for this course and I can make a great career out of it.

I am not satisfied with this college but provides good placements.

Placements: More than 60% of students got placed in this course. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, Infosys, etc. Training is also conducted for better recruitment.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-maintained. Laboratories are very good. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled but the speed is not good. There is a decent library but few books are not available. Hostel facilities are good.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. Few of them are highly qualified from top universities. This college follows the traditional teaching system. The course curriculum is relevant but does not make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are conducted by this university.

Good placement, advanced lab are not available.

Placements: There is a placement cell in our college and almost 80 students per year got placed every year. Placement training programs are started during first year onwards. Placement including Tcs, qburst etc. There are five department apart from MCA and Diploma. Engineering degree including EEE, it, EC, CS ce.

Infrastructure: Our campus is facilitated by Wi-Fi including hostel. Library timing will be upto 5:00 pm. We have a cafeteria and a college canteen. Hygeinic food are available here. Girls and boys hostel are seperate, also we provide paying guest facilities for tge required once.

Faculty: Our university ktu conduct exams on time. And it is little difficult to get pass. Any way teachers will help us as possible as they can. There will be two internal test per semester and average of tgese will be calculated for the internal marks. Minimum pass mark will be 40.

Other: Quasolibrum is our techfest and saptak is our arts.

In our college, there were good placements in 2021.

Placements: In our college, placements are good. Students are placed in reputable companies. Top recruiting companies like Infosys and TCS. There is an active placement cell at the college. Top roles offered are software engineer, system engineer, IT specialist, etc. Good placement training sessions are provided by the college.

Infrastructure: The college has given more priority to studying than extracurricular activities. The Wi-Fi network is not that good. There is no open stage, but it has been under construction for the past year. Other facilities like labs, smart rooms, and libraries are more than average. There is no good internet connection.

Faculty: Teachers are very experienced and good at teaching. All doubts are cleared and the related subject is given clarity. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. There is a vast library and also a digital library for any reference to the subject or related topics.

Other: Events like workshops, etc., are not easy to conduct in the college.

Really good campus with good infrastructure, facilities and faculty members.

Placements: I was a 2020 batch graduate. At that time campus placements were not there due to Covid. But still many students tried out of the college and got placed in that year itself. Many were placed in TCS, Infosys, cognizant, Accenture and also smaller companies too. Our college provided many internships for our job guidance.

Infrastructure: The college has all the facilities like library, computer labs, Physics lab, Chemistry lab, etc. All the labs were available for our studies. Wi-Fi facilities was available. Canteen was present where breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided. A store is available inside the campus for buying most of the stuff we need inside the class. The store also contains chocolates, cool drinks, ice cream, etc. Playground facility is available. Car parking and bike parking areas are available. They have newly launched a mini cafeteria inside the campus and it contains most of the things we need. Separate bathrooms are there for every building and each floor. On each floor, one or 2 classes have projectors. Most of the facilities are available.

Faculty: From my experience I always got good and well qualified teachers. They are really approachable, they truly help us a lot in our studies. Every staff is very friendly in nature. We can share our problems, anything related or non related to our studies. Most of the teachers share notes. They give guidance for our semester exams. Our college usually has good pass percentage.

Other: I chose the course because I love coding. The best thing about my course was that I had a good department and good teachers. They helped us a lot and were very friendly. They all provided notes for each subject. Events and fests were celebrated there. Extra curricular activities were not much appreciated there. They gave all the opportunities for studying.

A review of College of Engineering Vadakara. A silent atmosphere in college.

Placements: There are regular visits from IT companies for recruitment. So, many students get jobs through these placement drives. Faculties do their best to bring companies to the college. There was a significant increase in the number of placements from college every year.

Infrastructure: The college has a well-equipped laboratory for CS, IT, EEE, EI and civil. Even other colleges seek help from this college for their lab practice. The college has a wide network of Wi-Fi with high-speed internet. More importance is given to basketball, badminton and volleyball games. All classrooms were smart classrooms, and hostel rooms were always neat and tidy. Quality of food is admirable.

Faculty: All teachers and lab assistants were well-qualified. All of them always keep a friendly atmosphere with students. Teaching quality is non-replaceable one. They always have a helping mind and are ready to clear any doubts at any time. The course curriculum was helpful indeed.

Other: A special and low fee compared to other colleges. We have a silent atmosphere over and around the college. Campus conducts festivals every year which have always been a huge success over the years.
