No, you can't join University College of Medical Sciences without NEET. However, for BSc and MSc courses NEET is not the source of admission. 

Admission to undergraduate programs at the University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) in Delhi is based on performance in the NEET, followed by counselling. Admission to postgraduate programs is based on the marks obtained in the NEET PG examination. Admission to the MBBS programme is based on NEET UG marks.

University College of Medical Sciences, popularly known as UCMS was established in 1971 in Delhi. UCMS is accredited by NAAC and recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI). University College of Medical Sciences is affiliated with Delhi University (DU). The university offers various Medical and Paramedical courses at UG and PG levels.

University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi is one of the highly preferred medical college among aspirants.It has got 36th rank accredited by NIRF in 2023. For being eligible in getting admission in Medical, aspirant must have to qualify an all-India competitive exam termed as NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) and candidate must have passed class XII having 60 percent aggregate. For pursuing PG programs, a bachelor's degree in Sciences from a recognised university is required.

UCMS cutoff 2023 for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course is based on NEET ranks. The cutoff 2023 concluded after Round 6. As per the UCMS cutoff 2023, the last round closing cutoff stood at 559 for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). for the General category All India candidates 

Considering the past three year cutoff trends, the institute witnessed a declining trend for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme.

After the NEET MDS result declares, the eligible candidates can opt for counselling rounds. To participate in the NEET MDS 2025 counselling, eligible candidates have to register themselves on the official website of MCC. They have to fill in their choice of colleges and courses as well. Four rounds of counselling are originally conducted including the online stray vacancy round for admission into Masters of Dental Surgery courses. Based on the marks and ranks of the applicants, choice filled, seat availability, and other criteria, MCC releases the seat allotment list for NEET MDS counselling. Selected candidates have to report to the allotted institute for confirmation of admission. In case of vacant seats, MCC will conduct additional rounds of counselling.

UCMS offers MD and MS specialisations for the admission to UCMS. The needed score as per the UCMS cutoff 2024 should be between 79 and, 52698 for the General AI quota. The most desirable course with the lowest rank is MD in Radiology. Similarly, the least desirable course with the highest rank is MD in Anatomy. UCMS NEET Cutoff 2024 was released for Round 2, for different categories under the AI quota, for MBBS specialisation. For the General AI Category candidates, the required cutoff rank for MBBS course stood at 334 in 2024. In 2023 and 2022, the cutoff ranks were 559 and 217, respectively, for the General AI category. SGPGI offers admission to specialisations for the MD and MS courses. With reference to the NEET PG Round 3 seat allotment results, the SGPGI cutoff 2024 stood between 10861 and 42348 for the General AI category candidates for MD courses.
