Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute Mumbai offers admissions completely on the basis of merit and entrance, both. The institute requires entrance exam including MHT CET, JEE Main, GATE, MHTCET MTech, and MAH MCA CET to offer admission to the courses. In order to secure admission to VJTI Mumbai, candidates must fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria laid by the institute.

However, if you belong to the OBC HS category, then it is possible to get admisison in a few specialisations including B.Tech. in Textile Technology.
