VJTI: The most underrated institute for engineering.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful; they provide a lot of good insights into what the curriculum actually is. The students are made industry relevant by the course because it has been updated by the NEP 2020 policy. Semester exams are as tough as any other engineering course.

Great college, one of the best.

Faculty: There are a lot of opportunities students get in various forms. The exam schedules are such that students get enough time between semesters to do some extra things. Most of the students prefer doing an internship, with a few getting them on campus as well. There is more focus on independent study.

Best for placements, one of the top colleges for a reason.

Faculty: The staff is very friendly and helpful, and all of them are experts in their fields. So, the lectures are easy to understand as long as you stay attentive. The curriculum is well balanced, providing good theoretical and practical experience, preparing us for the industry. Plus, we are required to do a two-month internship, which gives us even more practical and on-field knowledge.

Poor infrastructure, small campus, decent teachers, average placements, and strong alumina network.

Faculty: Except few faculty members, all others are too arrogant and have poor teaching skills. They do not conduct doubts solving. They do not have practical knowledge. The curriculum and syllabus are based on NEP (National Education Policy) 2020. Course is not enough and we need to prepare from some external sources and work on the development of our skills. Exams are moderate to tough and are prepared by faculty members only.

Review of Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute - VJTI Mumbai.

Faculty: It is better than any other college. It is innovative and flexible. Some of the old faculty members have real wisdom and go very deep into the subject. They don't believe in finishing the syllabus but whatever they teach is taught in full depth. Innovative assignments aligned with the teaching make us use that knowledge and practice. The exam structure is simple. We have an MS semester test for 40 marks, which is converted to 20 marks, and the end-semester test is for 100 marks which are convert...

VJTI Mumbai is the best college in Mumbai after IIT Bombay.

Faculty: The professors are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Most of them are from top universities and institutes. The exams conducted by the college are of moderate level. The passing marks depend on the topper’s marks, as the college has opted for relative grading. Overall, the course curriculum is relevant.

I like environment of campus. Campus is 16 acres.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good. They ensure safety. They are very encouraging and positive. They motivate students during exams and tough times. Each student is given a separate place, and all items are provided by giving study holidays. I chose this because they have placement opportunities.

Review of B.Tech. in Textile Technology course in VJTI.

Faculty: 80% of teachers are PhD holders. They have an average experience of more than 7 years. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exam's difficulty level is medium. The minimum passing criteria is 35 marks. In the first year, it is very difficult for many students to pass.

My amazing college life at VJTI.

Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful and well-qualified. There is no doubt, this course tries to provide students with opportunities they need to be industry-ready. There are 2 exams in a semester, the mid-semester and the end-semester exams. The final marks and grades are based on 20% test assessment, 30% mid-semester marks, and 50% end-semester marks. The passing percentage can vary because of relative marking, but most of the time, it is between 35-40%.

Good placement records, average infrastructure, and nice faculty members.

Faculty: Teachers are best. They are always ready to help students. They are well-qualified. Pass percentage is about 80%-85%. Semester exams are above average and everyone can't pass it without studying. There is a tight schedule and very short time we get for extracurricular activities.

Faculty: All faculty members of the electrical engineering department are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They teach very well and give all the information about the topic and cover all basics of the topic. Electronics engineering is a demand branch and studying it from VJTI will definitely make students industry-ready.
