It's amazing and quite good in terms of placements as according to fees.
Placements: The average percentage of students who got placed is 80%. The highest package is not in my knowledge, but the average package is 5.5 LPA to 6 LPA, and the median package is 3 LPA, and some other. Above 60% of students got internships. Roles offered are analyzing, testing, etc. Recruiting companies are Infosys, Tata, Suzuki, and Maruti.
Infrastructure: Our department has Wi-Fi, modern labs, smart classrooms, and a well-stocked library. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms, average mess food, canteen snacks, basic medical support, and good sports facilities for cricket, football, and indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and explain concepts well. The curriculum is relevant with some industry focus. Semester exams are moderate, not too tough if you study regularly. The pass percentage is generally high, so most students clear it so easily.
Other: I chose Mechanical Engineering for its core importance in industries. The best part is practical learning, labs, and job scope. Needs more modern tools/software. Campus has fests, an active crowd, good connectivity, scholarships, and extracurricular fun. The Garba fest and freshers party are conducted.

Review of Vidhyapeeth Institute of Science & Technology.
Placements: There is not a good placement cell in college. But some companies approached the college, and their salary is almost 2 LPA or 2.5 LPA. So overall, there is not good placement here. But the teachers and placement coordinators are very cooperative. They guide you very well to get companies off-campus.
Infrastructure: There is not any hostel and mess facility in college, and the college canteen is below average. The medical facility in college is good. There are not many sports facilities provided by the institute, but they provide some sports tournaments. The college provides all the facilities like Wi-Fi campus, a good library, and all necessary labs with working systems.
Faculty: The faculty members of the college are very good. They don't pressure you. They are very cooperative. They will help you and solve your issues. They provide you notes and all important things that you should learn. And the exams are conducted by RGPV University, from which this college is affiliated. The exam patterns are very good, and exams are conducted very well.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: About 40% to 50% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the average is 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Wipro, and ITC. Roles offered are project manager, product manager, marketing manager, etc.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available. Classrooms are quite good. Labs are available. A library is available. All kinds of books for studying are available. There is no hostel. The canteen food is quite tasty. Good medical facilities are available. A sports week is conducted.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are helping me a lot with my studies. They are very qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. They make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not too tough. They can be passed with good preparation for 1-2 months before the exams.
Other: I completed my B.Com. degree. I wanted to pursue my career in the field of business management, so I chose this course. There should be an improvement in extracurricular activities. They provide scholarships. Fests are conducted.

Review of Vidhyapeeth Institute of Science & Technology.
Placements: None of the companies has visited the campus during my final year for placements. VIST does not even invite companies for internships. The last placements were conducted in 2016, and then our college management stopped inviting any company to the campus. It just helps you in signing documents if you find an internship on your own. I also did an internship like that.
Infrastructure: VIST does have a huge campus and lots of space. There were separate labs according to branches. VIST has one library where you can only get books related to our college courses. There is no public Wi-Fi for students, and they provide internet only for staff members. VIST doesn't have any hostel on the campus, but it helps students to find one hostel, which is good. There is one sports ground and one nice garden to relax.
Faculty: One very good thing about our campus was that the faculty members were very helpful even there are limited resources. They have taken us out for an industrial visit and even on a small picnic. Our head of the department always used to interact with us about the difficulties and stress related to studies, financial condition, etc. They were very helpful.
Other: Both our university and college have conducted different sports activities. Even I participated in a few of them. VIST has also conducted many activities and many events on the campus for us. VIST doesn't provide scholarships, but it helps you with student loans and other government schemes.

It is the worse college of Bhopal.
Placements: There are no placements in our college, and if some companies visit here, then they are of no use. Placement department doesn't do any work, and they don't have any link with any company. Neither the college administration helps in placements. The maximum salary package offered is about 1 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't have any hostel, but they provide a private hostel which is far away from college. The hostel area has no connection with accommodation. Food quality is worse. There is no Wi-Fi facility. The library is good but lacks books collection. Labs are outdated.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are just B.Tech passed. They don't have any teaching experience. Some teachers are good, but they don't get payment. The course is not completed ever, and just 1-2 chapters are covered. Students have to prepare themselves for exams. Teaching quality is worse.
Other: I took admission in this college as someone referred me, but I have spoiled my career. Taking admissions in these colleges require hefty money up to Rs. 50,000 per student. Events and fests are not conducted in our college always.

Review of Vidhyapeeth Institute of Science & Technology.
Placements: There were no companies invited for the session in the year 2019 form VIST and even for the year 2018 batch. Last placement company visited our college in the year of 2016. They don't even provide an internship option, but they will provide a document which you need to get into any internship form your own. Some of our senior have done that.
Infrastructure: Our college has all the basic facilities like separate labs for all subjects, the best lab for ME branch and simple classrooms but not smart. Our college does not have Wi-Fi facilities for students. Canteen is just normal but has a vending machine which is quite useful. Apart from that, there are two playgrounds, one for cricket and football and another for kabbadi or any small games which fit in it.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, and most of our classes are conducted in the lab. All of our teachers are M.Tech holders and has teaching experience. We have gone for many industrial visits which were organised by our college in local industries. Apart from that, our college also participates in many expo and event which are organised by other colleges.
Other: I have chosen this course due to my interest in the machine and its work. Our college needs to provide more latest equipment and machine designing teachers.
