Getting admission into Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering and Technology (VVIET) is moderately competitive. The college admits students primarily through the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) and COMEDK UGET, both of which are well-regarded entrance exams in the region. The difficulty of gaining admission largely depends on the branch of study. Popular branches like Computer Science and Information Science typically have higher cutoffs (around ranks 32,700 and 46,822, respectively), making them more competitive. In contrast, branches like Civil Engineering have relatively lower cutoffs (around rank 140,851), making them easier to get into.To secure admission, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria, perform well in the entrance exams, and participate in the counseling process. As a relatively well-regarded engineering college in Mysore, VVIET's admission process is accessible to students with good academic records and a decent performance in KCET or COMEDK.THANK YOU
