Good college, mediocre staff, good facilities.

Placements: Most of the students were placed, but I wanted to pursue my degree, so I didn't apply for campus placement. Many roles were offered, such as software engineer and hardware engineer. The management was very good, to say the least, and the process was also smooth according to my friends.

Infrastructure: There are fully air-conditioned classrooms, and smartboards are equipped in all classrooms. The labs are also good but have really old processors that take a lot of time to load. There are many canteens and vending machines, and the toilets are well maintained.

Faculty: The teaching quality is good, but some teachers mispronounce words and fail to frame grammatically correct sentences. They often just read notes and leave the class. The curriculum is better than opting for 11th-12th, as it includes technical education and covers a lot of syllabus for the degree. The exams are manageable; if you study, you'll pass.

Placements are good. Good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: Almost 70% students who applied for this college after 10th, are placed. The highest package offered is 75,000 and the average package is 40,000. TCS might be the top recruiting company as per my knowledge. As internships are compulsory for second year students, each and every student gets internship in a company.

Infrastructure: The washrooms are clean with the girls washrooms having sanitary pad machines installed. The college provides clean rooms, air conditioned rooms and labs along with good working PCs. The canteen food is great as the college has 3-4 canteens. The playground is small, yet there are 3 grounds, for football, badminton and cricket.

Faculty: All the teachers are helpful and good. All of them are highly qualified. They are friendly. As the exams are held by the government, the college tries it’s best to make sure that the unit tests aren't difficult. Yet all of the questions are covered in the exams. The college arranges industrial visits every year.

Our college provides average facilities, good quality food, and supportive teachers.

Placements: In our college, almost 70% of students are placed. Many students who get internships from Hertzsoft, Elightlabs Technologies, Secure Cyber Future, etc., visit our campus. Every student gets an internship regardless of their marks, as all that matters is a skill and not marks on the paper.

Infrastructure: Our college provides excellent facilities and infrastructure. Air-conditioners are available in classrooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. The college encourages different sports like throwball, kabaddi, chess, and football for both girls and boys. The quality of food in the canteen is good. Washrooms are well-cleaned and maintained.

Faculty: The teaching quality is excellent. Our teachers help students solve their doubts. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They motivate students to get out of their comfort zone and try things. Our teachers are very supportive. In the course, some subjects are not updated as per the knowledge that is essential in today's life. Semester exams are average. The pass percentage is 90%.

Other: I chose this course because, in today's world, it is important to know about technology and how to handle it. The best thing about our course is that it includes Java programming, PHP, C, and C+. The improvements required are in the syllabus, as some things are outdated. The college holds technical events every 3 to 4 months, which give us the practical knowledge required to work in industries. There are various scholarships provided by the government for OBC, EWS, and others. Non-technical fests, like traditional days and fests, are held to showcase skills.

Good infrastructure and library facilities are provided.

Placements: As we were the Diploma students, only few of the students choose jobs as their career. Almost all the students were placed in companies like Atmosys. The CTC offered was around 2 LPA. Most of the students go for further studies like Engineering, B.Tech and BSc IT.

Infrastructure: The college comes with best in class infrastructure and labs were fully equipped with best computers. Wi-Fi facility is available. The food at the canteen is good but priced at very high price, overall good. Proper hygiene standards for food. Sports and games are the best such as Pool, carom, chess, table Tennis, and video games such as PS4 and computer games.

Faculty: Overall, teaching and facilities are good. Course are offered in Computer engineering, Electric engineering, Information Technology. Faculty are good. Semesters exams are a bit tough. The passing percentage is 40 percentage. Best in class courses makes students industry ready.

Other: Campus is good but far away from the city center. Government subsidiary are available.

Best college forever. Go for it.

Placements: 100% of students got internships in various companies such as Orane, TCS, Datamatics, Nexa Software, Jio, Airtel and various companies as well as startups. And the teachers and internships mentors will help you in getting internships. They will guide you in getting internships.

Infrastructure: The best college. The labs are well maintained. Every student has a personal PC for practical work. Classrooms are well maintained and the library is the best. Each and every book is available in the library. The canteen is there but a bit expensive. Sports like cricket, football, kho-kho, kabaddi and indoor games like carrom and chess are available. The gaming room is the best. In the gaming room, you can play pool and computer games.

Faculty: The faculty members are the best. For practicals, there are extra faculty available. You can ask each and every doubt to the teachers. I got 89.37% in final years without any classes. Pass percentage is 40% for any Diploma course. And if you attend each and every lecture then you can easily score good percentage.

It has really good campus and infrastructure.

Placements: Students who do not wish to pursue a degree after completing their Diploma got placed. I think the highest package offered was 3 LPA by Tata Power. Each student got an internship from college in the 5th semester. Internships were offered in android application development, web development, and PhP development at TCS and many more.

Infrastructure: Vidyalankar offers one of the best campuses in Mumbai. Free Wi-Fi is available all over the campus, and the labs are good with high-end PCs. There are different labs for different works like Linux lab, Windows lab, and labs for data mining. The campus has a games centre, where students can visit after college to play, like play station, PC games and indoor games like carrom, pool, and glow hockey.

Faculty: The faculty members are good and very helpful to students. The college organises various seminars and workshops for students to get hands-on experience and solve real-time problems. Semester exam papers are designed by MSBTE. Almost 80% of students pass the first attempt, and Vidyalankar Polytechnic is AICTE approved.

One of the best colleges for Diploma courses.

Placements: I am in 3rd year right now, but I have seen seniors getting good with packages of around 12 LPA. 100% of students got internships in various companies such as Orane Tech Bangalore, Sahu Technology, Datamatics, Nexa Software and various companies as well as start ups.

Infrastructure: There is open Wi-Fi all over the campus. We have labs for each subject that requires labs. We have projectors over which our lectures are conducted. We have 3 canteens and Cafe Coffee Day within the campus. We have a well-designed games room with various sports equipment as well as video-gaming setup and PCs. We have a library with a huge collection of books.

Faculty: The teachers are more like friends than professors. We can contact or consult them anytime we want, even after college hours. They support us in every possible way, be it out of the syllabus even. The courses here are designed in a way that students get not only theoretical knowledge but also get ready to work for industries.

Other: I chose this course because I always wanted to become a software engineer. After my first visit to Vidyalankar Polytechnic, I decided to take admission here only.

Review of Vidyalankar Polytechnic.

Placements: Our college is one of the best diploma colleges in Mumbai. Vidyalankar has the best placement service also. Students above 60% of marks get admission here. Fees for a computer engineering course for three years is Rs. 60,000. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. The companies which have visited here are Mahindra, Capgemini, etc. Our course offered to learn different programming languages like C, C+, Java, android, python, HTML, CSS, etc. Even computer hardware, basic knowledge, etc., were provided. For an internship, you have to research companies and approve from your HOD about the company which you are going to do an internship. Our college also offers an internship if students are having above 70%.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is awesome in Vidyalankar Polytechnic. Every classroom is fully air-conditioned and clean. There is a gymkhana also where you can even play games. In labs, each student will have individual PCs. Our library is very good you can issue books which you want, for 1 week.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are quite good. But some teachers are rude. There are professional and well-qualified teaches. The only problem is that every teacher does not pay attention to the weak students. They teach, and they leave, they do not make bonding between teacher and student.

Other: I chose this course because nowadays computer is very demanding in markets.c Computer engineers are paid good salary packages. The college has a good crowd. Our college provides scholarship to the students whose parents annual salary is below 7 LPA. You will get to learn soft skills courses here.

Hi, Diploma in computer engineering cutoff for 2022 may lies between 12-13K for General, 41-42K for GSC, and 17-18K for GST. Official cut-off list yet to be announced.
