Good one for duty and other perspectives.
Placements: I am from 2019 batch. Package offered in our course is government based fixed amount. Basically, internship is just 12 months in which government provides us Rs 18,000 stipend. In that 12 month 2 month duty is in rural health and training center hospital.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is present in library. E-library is present. Book library is quite big with more and more available books for studying standard books. Sports facilities like badminton hall, volleyball ground, table tennis ball, and auditorium are there for events. It is the second best one in Marathwada region. Our campus is best. It has a new hospital building, clean area of college, nice library, so overall nice.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are easy to hard. Passing percentage is nearly 99%.

Our college is above average, but still has room to improve.
Placements: All students undertake a paid internship, after which the degree is awarded. Everyone receives a stipend of 18,000 per month, which is regularly updated. MBBS graduates can work as doctors in a PHC or a hospital. Our college also offers MD and MS courses.
Infrastructure: Faculty members are highly experienced individuals with the highest education in their field. Though professors use PPTs, some also encourage student-teacher interactions and still believe in chalk-and-board culture. The college has a library with AC and is 24/7 open. Classrooms have smartboards. Girls' hostel and PG hostel have got their own mess with good food. And there is a dedicated complex for indoor sports.
Faculty: The course curriculum is highly oriented toward practical scenarios, and there are regular ward visits and family survey programs conducted by the students. The semester exams are difficult only if you are not well-versed in the concepts. The college has got 5 batches per batch of 150 and well-equipped labs.
Other: It was my dream to be a doctor. Our college could have a better student culture. Else, everything is good, especially the location. Everything a student needs is in proximity.

A good college and city to spend 5 years in.
Placements: Vilasrao Deshmukh Government Medical College has 150 seats per batch. The course offered is MBBS. With it being a Government college, the job opportunities can be considered good. Everyone can do the internship at the hospital attached to the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. We have a library, a quiet place for self-study as well as to issue books. The hostel is attached with the canteen, has a gym, and a badminton court. Medical facilities are good. Sports and games are very much promoted.
Faculty: Professors are very helpful. The practical and theory lectures are held regularly. The teaching staff is very prompt and helpful. The curriculum is of course relevant towards shaping a future doctor. The exams can be difficult as well as easy, depending on how you study. The passing percentage is 50%.
Other: The college is at the city center. The facilities are available at walking distance. The campus is not crowded, clean, and safe.

VDGMC Latur: A thorough review.
Placements: Number of students in my batch is 150. MBBS doesn’t give you placements like engineering colleges. It will give you the experience and skill to earn in the outer world. The mean salary at a government setup will be around 70k to 100k depending on state to state. In Maharashtra state, you will get a stipend of 18000 for internship and 80000 for the post of a medical officer.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not up to par. Hygiene issues are present. Mess and canteen facilities are available. Students generally choose according to their choice. The college campus has a big library with many books available for all the 19 subjects. Labs are well-equipped in almost all the departments.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified doctors and professors. Teaching quality varies, but overall, I would say it is at par with any medical college in Maharashtra state. The course curriculum is relevant and helps a student gain skills and knowledge for patient care. Exams are quite difficult, but consistency will help you in your academics.
Other: Scholarships are available under various socioeconomic strata under DMER. The campus is big with a recently developed new OPD building and many infrastructural works in place. Many fests are arranged like Annual Gatherings, Ganesh Utsav, Garba Night, etc. The college is well-situated in the city, and everything necessary for survival is easily available.

Absolutely satisfied with the academic.
Placements: I am in batch 2021 with strength of 150 students. The strength of passing out is 99%. And the 100% passed out students get internship for the same college. The after internship course is basically the bond system where there is placements for future and you work there but that is for anywhere you want to work.
Infrastructure: The facility provided are nothing but basic, there are nice classrooms, labs, libraries, study room in hostel, but they lack Wi-Fi and there is no lush system or shower here, the room is for two people instead there 3 people even 4 sometimes. Quality of the hostel is 6/10 because it is clean 70% of the time, food available in hostel isn't good, sports and games and clubs arena? T there but medical facilities are top notch.
Faculty: Yes teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The quality is top notch in terms of teaching. The course is 100% relevant and yes it makes the student industry ready. The difficult level is up to par as well but they teach us in that manner only which helps us for future hence that is why passing percentage is high.
Other: I think campus quality should improve and there should be nice ground or park for students and nice cafe and other facilities along with co curriculum and fests? The in terms of academics the college is nice.

Our college has experienced teachers.
Placements: In our college, almost 30% to 40% of students who passed MBBS got admission to PG colleges the previous year. According to government regulations, we must complete a one-year internship at the same college.
Infrastructure: There is no public Wi-Fi available in the classroom or library, but the library provides some technical material such as sample video lectures for PG preparation. The hostel quality is decent as it's a government college. You can use your private Wi-Fi router setup. In the hostel mess and canteen, the food quality is adequate. There is no ground available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and dedicated. According to NMC, the curriculum is now competency-based. Semester examinations are at the level of students' preparation. The pass percentage is 50%, and the eligibility criteria for university examinations is 35%.
Other: MBBS is a noble profession.
