A score of 300 can be considered to be average (above 350) and below average (below 350), and the chance of getting into a top MBBS college in India would be on the lower side. However, even if you cannot get MBBS admission, you have a chance to get a seat in a BDS course. Here, we bring to you the state-wise MBBS and BDS colleges in India with a NEET cutoff score in the range of 300.

Q:   Can I get admission in a Nursing course on the basis of NEET scores?
A:

Yes, BSc Nursing course admission is conducted through NEET scores for certain colleges. Hence, if you are planning to pursue Nursing courses, then you can appear for NEET. While filling the NEET application form, you need to select the courses or colleges. If you qualify for the exam by securing the cutoff marks, and be eligible for the counselling process, there you have to select the Nursing courses or colleges which you are vying for. However, a few top colleges or institutes are still conducting their own Nursing entrance exams, such as AIIMS, PGIMER, KGMU, to name a few.

Q:   Which chapters of class 11th belong to mechanics in physics?
A:

Mechanics portion in class 11th is huge. The chapters are:

  1. Units of Measurement
  2. Laws of Motion
  3. Motion in straight line
  4. Motion in plane
  5. Work, Energy and Power
  6. System of Particles and Rotational Motion
  7. Rotational Dynamics
  8. Gravitation
  9. Mechanical properties of Solids and Fluids.
Q:   Can I get MBBS admission with a 300 score in NEET?
A:

It is possible to get admission to a private medical college with a score of 300 in NEET. For a government medical college, one should ideally obtain a score above 600. The NEET cutoff for the Government medical colleges varies as per the institute rank and round of counselling. Hence, it can be said that a score of 300 in NEET may not be sufficient for admission to Government medical colleges. As per past years' trends, a score between 500 to 700 or above is in the cutoff marks for NEET.
