B.E. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2024

College is average. It has a good infrastructure and average placements.
Placements: Up to 60 to 70% of students got placed in our course. The highest package was of 3.5 lacs p.a., and the lowest was 1.8 lacs p.a. We got internships in the industrial field, which was very core of electrical engineering, and also one in the automation field. Jr. Scada engineer and Jr. Electrical Consultant are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: When we entered the final year, the infrastructure was updated and very maintained, like Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms, which were average but not that bad overall. A good experience; sports was not that supported, but now there are good qualities of sports equipment in college, and from now on, I guess they have started to send students to compete in various events.
Faculty: Teachers were nice but not that equally supportive. They always looked forward to a bright student and those who were regular, but overall, good knowledge was shared throughout the course. Teachers were well qualified, and their teaching quality was nice. Semester exams were moderate, not that tough, and passing percentage was up to 70 percent approximately.
Other: The event was basic yet enjoyable, and the college is surrounded by greenery, and it is quite long from the Virar station.

The infrastructure is average, but do not hope for the placement.
Placements: A total of 20 percent were placed in our course. The highest package was 2.5 LPA and the lowest was 2 LPA. There were no top recruiting companies in our course; it was all small companies. The top role offered to us was testing engineer.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi was good, but the range was not good. The labs were spacious and clean. The classrooms were average. The library was too big, and each and every book was available. There was no hostel in our facilities, and the food at the canteen was good. Medical facilities were available, and the sports events held were great.
Faculty: Some of the faculty were helpful, but some were too rude and egoistic. The course curriculum was relevant to make us industry-ready. The semester exams were not too difficult, and the passing percentage was 40 percent. There was no chance of copying because the security and supervision were quite strict, which made the exam environment healthy.
Other: As the need for electricity will always be increasing and as there is a boom in the electric vehicle industry, I chose this course. I think theory knowledge is far different from practical, so it has to be relevant. The event was average, and the campus crowd was rowdy.

Good placements are available. If you are a nature lover, then you must take admission in this colle
Placements: In our college, we get placements, but companies are from the Vasai area, and the starting package is low. However, for freshers, that is enough. We receive packages ranging from 3 to 5.5 lakhs. As we are in the electrical branch, we get internships at places like the railway car shed, Adani Electricity, and many more companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college are average, but if we compare them with the fees, then it's great. The labs and classrooms are large and in good condition. The Wi-Fi provided by the college is excellent, and we receive full support for sports and other events.
Faculty: We have good faculty with a lot of knowledge. The faculty members are friendly and have a good understanding of how industries work. The exams are difficult to pass, but if you study well, you won’t face any difficulty. Almost 47 out of 50 students pass in each semester.

Our college has the best infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: Almost 60% of students get placed in our course. In our college, students are enough disciplined regarding their exams and education.
Infrastructure: The food served in the college is costly but the taste is good. Our college provides us with medical facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and helpful. All teachers are highly qualified in their fields. Their teaching quality is good. They help students in every possible way and students are focused on their educational and skill growth with the help of their respected mentors.
Other: Sports events, games, and extracurricular activities are conducted in our college. Cultural activities known as Hitaishi are held in our college.

I am absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements, good infrastructure, etc.
Placements: Many of the students get placements through the placement cell of our college. There are many companies that offered placements in our college. I don't about the salary packages as I am now in my 3rd year of electrical engineering course. The placement cell of the college is good as it helps to get maximum placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good and they provide good facilities like library, canteen, and projector enabled classrooms. There is a big ground in college for cricket and football. There is also a parking lot for staff and students. The library is huge and it is maintained.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are nice, qualified, and helpful. They explain till you understand completely. Teachers teach very well with good examples. They teach the entire syllabus and complete the syllabus on time. They help you clear the doubt. I would recommend other students to join the college.
Other: Our college also provides scholarships for students. There is a fest which is organised by the student council.

Till now satisfied, traveling is hectic as it's all far from the station. The campus is great.
Placements: It's not known much for placements, but companies do come from the same location where the college is situated. We could say 50% take college placement others try out as it isn't good no. Or of companies. The top recruiting companies for our courses are Larsen and Toubro, Mahindra and Mahindra, adani, etc.
Infrastructure: There isn't any Wi-Fi for students on the campus, and there's and network issue for some cellular networks but overall fine, the campus is surrounded by greenery and has pretty big ground. Ample amount of parking space outside and inside the college, it has a huge canteen and everything is available. Feels a little pricy but overall okay. The library has all books and can sit and read. Has computers for research work too.
Faculty: Teaching quality depends on both teachings of teachers and the grasping of students. The teaching quality in our department is quite good, they clear doubts on the same day or next, they let us a question, so teaching is good. Everything is related to the curriculum. We can say the syllabus makes students industry ready but we can say only 50%. Semester exams are tough to crack as writing a pretty long paper takes time.
Other: As it is a core subject I choose, looking at the current industry requirement it doesn't feel like much relevant course to do, but if ample jobs are their course is pretty good. This college has 1 fest in January which includes everything from annual sports, to dance. And various other competitions all in one. The fest goes by the name Hayashi.

I am very much satisfied with this college because I got to learn a lot from others.
Placements: The percentage was not satisfactory, as it was 51%. The professors were brilliant and had very good skills. The percentage of internships was 47%. We were offered very high paid jobs by reputed companies.
Infrastructure: For non-local students, there is a very valuable hostel. You can live and study easily at the hostel. There is Wi-Fi, but that is not always available but only for work. You can get some books and theories from the library. There is also a good lab. Classrooms are good as well.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful and brilliant. They were qualified, and their teaching method was brilliant. This curriculum is relevant and makes the students ready for industry. Exams are very difficult. You will have to work hard to pass the exams.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in mechanical engineering since my childhood. It is my dream to become an engineer. Everything about the course is better. Events are good, but only 2 events are conducted every year.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the travelling issue long distance from station and good for vir.
Placements: Placement in the college has started few year ago. In 2019 batch, there were 5 companies of sales and marketing, 5 software design companies, 2 Core electrical branch companies came.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the viva college is very simple. They do not have any Wi-Fi facilities for the students. They have the practical lab but the testing components is not there. Some of the electrical panels are open.
Faculty: The faculty of the electrical branch is good in teaching. Some of them faculty members are strict in teaching. The course curriculum is completed on given time before the starting of the exam. The teachers are very helpful for the solving doubts. The teaching method is using slides of PPT.
Other: All the fests are organised by the department and the students also participates in those events. There is no single ATM near the campus.
