In the TG and Andhra Pradesh, this is the best college.
Placements: 70 percent of students got placed from our course. The highest, the lowest, and the average package offered in our course is 2 LPA-7.5 LPA. The top recruiting company for our course is TCS. 50 percent of students got internships from our course at TCS, NDMATRIX, and Reliance.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course. There is good communication between students and teachers. The good quality of the facilities in our hostel. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen, medical, sports, and games.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful to us and qualified. The quality of teaching is good. The course curriculum is related, which makes the student industry-ready. The semester exams are easy to pass in our college, the pass percentage is 70 percent each semester, which may vary.
Other: I chose this course based on our inter-faculty suggestion that this is the best for the upcoming years.

I'm a little satisfied with the college. Something more I need.
Placements: Especially in my course, 70% of the students got placed in the recently passed-out batch of 2025. The highest package was around 9 LPA, and the lowest was around 3.6 LPA. The average is 5-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Mahindra, ACKO, TCS, ZEPTO, INFOSYS, Hyundai R&D, Pinnacle Generators, Amazon, etc. Roles include R&D, graduate engineer trainee, supervisors, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities of our course are average, like okay-ish. Wi-Fi is there, but not at high speed, and classrooms are okay, not greatly facilitated. The library is there in not bad quality. The facilities in our hostel are good, and the quality of food is also okay, not bad at all. Medical facilities need to improve more, and sports and games are prioritized the most, and we can happily participate in any type of sports or games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and all the faculty members are highly qualified, like Ph.D. holders, and they have good knowledge. The teaching quality is good; actually, this course prepares us for the industry, but we need more practical knowledge so that we can understand better. Semester exams are a little tougher to pass for classmates, as the pass percentage is 60% in my class.
Other: Actually, my fate decided my course; I'm not much interested in my course. The best things in my course are AUTOMOTIVE CLUBS.

Life at VNR VJIET as a student.
Placements: I think around 50 percent of students from my batch get placed. 95 percent are placed from the 2025 batch. The top recruiters are Infosys, TCS, and other companies like Chubb and Deloitte. They provide great opportunities for all students from various backgrounds. However, most companies come for CSE and allied branches.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is pretty good. The management provides all kinds of facilities such as stationery, computers, a gym, and sports grounds. The mess and canteen are very clean. Medical facilities are available on call. Students are given utmost attention. Wi-Fi and LAN are both provided. A balanced diet is provided every day, with a variety of meals. The menu changes according to the season.
Faculty: Faculty is good. They are available at any time for students to contact and check in with them. They guide students at every step. The college conducts many events and guest lectures, inviting industry specialists to prepare students and keep up with emerging technology. The exams are easy if we study the syllabus provided. They test student's ability to understand, analyze, and comprehend the topic.
Other: The campus is crowded as it hosts a large student body of at least 7,000 students. So the campus could be bigger and more accommodating. Events are conducted every week. So students need not worry about their extracurricular activities.

Faculty: Teachers are very friendly with students. They behave like friends with every student. All teachers are well-experienced. Coming to exams, the papers are moderate and sometimes very difficult. Teachers clarify doubts without any irritation.

This is a very good college. Value for money. The placements are very good.
Placements: I'm a civil engineering student from VNR VJIET. The college has very good placements for all the branches with a decent package. For my civil branch, the placement is good. The highest package offered is 8 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. L&T, MEIL, Shapoorji Palonji, Aparna Construction, etc. The college mainly focuses on startup culture, which is very important for the present generation.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are very good. We have the best Civil engineering labs in our college. The whole campus has a free Wi-Fi connection. The classrooms are well-maintained, and the faculty is very friendly and supportive. The library facility is also very good, with a variety of books.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and very friendly. Always supportive and encouraging of students. The help is not only in studies but also in personal development. The course is designed in such a way that it makes us industry-ready. The best thing is that you can follow your passion in this college.
Other: I opted for this course because I'm interested in civil engineering. I got a rank of 15000, but I chose civil engineering because it is one of the best engineering colleges for civil engineering. Events are also held in this college to refresh our minds and control stress. We even have various clubs which help student choose their passion.

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2026

Review of VNRVJIET in Hyderabad.
Placements: Placements in our college are disappointing. Few companies visit the Mechanical and offer low salaries. They push us to IT jobs where we can only get low salaried roles. We are not given proper training for core companies rather, they always complain that we underperform during the drives.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, labs and all are good. Good hostel too. Decent food and good management. Everything is decent to a good range in the college. Wi-Fi is pretty weak in classrooms but good in hostel. There is a good library, but it is not used. I have done my B.Tech without stepping into the library.
Faculty: Some faculty are good, some are like psychos. It depends on your behaviour as well. Faculty expect everyone to be obedient and to act like a servant to them. Curriculum is good, depending on JNTUH. Exams are the worst regulations here in college. If you give 10,000, they pass the subjects.
Other: No further information.
