Good peers and facilities, but limited campus life.

Placements: About 70% of the students get campus placement. The highest package is about 19.18 LPA, the lowest is 3.36 LPA, and the average is 6-9 LPA. The top recruiting companies are JPMC, Infosys, and TCS. Only about 30% get Internships. The roles offered are software engineer, Data engineer/ Analyst.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi works only within blocks. Coming to the computer labs, the specs of some systems are too poor. The library has to be the best thing, it has lots of resources, Wi-Fi, and charging ports, well maintained. Classrooms are digital and have charging ports for each bench ( only for CSE/allied Block ). The boys' hostel at Pragati Nagar has better food, gym, and medical facilities than bachupally hostel. Pragati Nagar hostel has great free space, ground, and stationery.

Faculty: The teaching quality is better than I expected. Most of them are well qualified. This course is kept relevant with frequent changes to the curriculum. We have additional training programs to keep students industry-ready. The semester exams are easy, with more than 90% gets passed.

Good placements, supportive faculty, strong placements, and industry-ready curriculum.

Placements: Around 80 percent of our senior students have already been placed. JPMorgan Chase & Co. stands as the top recruiter, followed by leading organizations such as Deloitte and Darwinbox. The placement process begins in the second semester of the second year. With strong institutional support and a well-structured curriculum, nearly all students secure placements.

Infrastructure: The campus offers excellent food facilities with multiple canteens, providing students with a variety of choices. The food is clean and exclusively available to students. Fresh ingredients are delivered weekly, and meals are prepared fresh every day. By focusing on popular and well-loved dishes, the canteens maintain consistent quality, especially the fries, which are exceptionally popular among students.

Faculty: The faculty members are supportive and highly knowledgeable. Once students get used to each teacher's way of teaching, they realize it helps them learn better. The course focuses on making students industry-ready by including subjects like business communication.

A decent college. Can go for it.

Placements: 85 to 90 percent of my batch gets placed with an average of 7 to 9 LPA, and the lowest being 3LPA, and the highest will range from 30 to 50LPA domestic and 90+LPA in Rubrik. Some of the major recruiters include JP Morgan, Deshaw, Deloitte, Amazon, and even some of my batchmates got internships from JP Morgan and Adobe, too.

Infrastructure: The Infrastructure is great. The classrooms are neat and big and have a smart board or a projector, and the labs are equipped with AC and have good computers. The hostel facilities are quite good for a college hostel, they are very good compared to other hostels.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. There is even an ed cell for startups, and we have teachers helping students build startups. The course curriculum is based on the curriculum of JNTU, which cannot be changed but we need to learn new skills apart from the curriculum and for the same reason the college provides various upskilling programs like MERN Sack Web Development, DSA "Smart Interviews" and screening tests are conducted for the course that needs to be taught for the students like AWS and DevOps. And the semester exams are not that hard.

Other: I have applied to this college through B CAT JEE Main 96.7 percentile, although the maximum no of admissions are from A CAT, i.e., EAMCET. My score in the only course I got in the field of Computer Science is CSE Data Science. I will say curriculum, but thats not in the college hands as it is JNTU rules. VNR is known for fests. There are many student chapters and clubs, both technical and cultural, which are the best places to connect and interact with people. The biggest cultural fest is "Sintillashunz," and the biggest Tech fest is "Convergence.

CSE data science from VNR VJIET.

Placements: We have seniors who got 80% placed. JPMC is the top recruiter, followed by Deloitte and Google. Placement starts in the second year, second semester, and almost all the students are placed. As long as you follow their curriculum strictly, you are sure to receive placements.

Infrastructure: The college has good food, and more than one canteen on the campus allows us to buy food that is clean and affordable. It is just for students. Food is regularly delivered every week and freshly made every day. The key lies in selecting the most popular dishes and relying on them. Fries are to die for.

Faculty: Supportive faculty and filled with lots of knowledge, as long as you get used to the working style of the respective teacher. I'll feel that it is the best for you. This course makes the students industry-ready with courses like business communication.

Great infrastructure, supportive faculty, and strong placement record.

Placements: 70-80 percent up to now, and we have many more opportunities to grab for other students. The highest is 46 LPA, the lowest 5 LPA, and the average is 10-12 LPA. Infosys, Chubb, Planon, Deloitte, Edwisely, 80 percent, Amazon, Planon, Chubb, Infosys, etc. Roles are software development, data analyst.

Infrastructure: Good Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library are provided for my course. Quality of hostel is very good, and the food they’re providing is delicious. The canteen surroundings are neat. Every time there is a doctor available in our hostel, and sports and games are available in our hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is good. I rate 9 out of 10 for the teaching. The course is curriculum relevant. They also make us industry-ready and provide training for placements. Exams are moderately difficult, 75-85 percent.

Other: Supportive faculty, and they conduct workshops monthly. Good exposure to internships and projects, more focused, and provide the best opportunities for real-time projects.

Good placements and infrastructure and great number of events to lead the best college life.

Placements: I am currently in 2nd year, and we get part-time internship opportunity at JPMC which is on campus only. The role is software engineer developer or intern. Also, 3rd year having full-time opportunities from various companies like JPMC, Goldman Sachs, etc. I am a data science student from department CSE (CYS & this) and AI & this for our department. The average salary ranges between 7 LPA - 8 LPA. The highest package is nearly 50 LPA where 119 companies have visited.

Infrastructure: I am a data science student from department CSE (CYS & this) and AI & this. I come to college by college bus and it has good facilities. Wi-Fi is provided throughout whole campus and library is also helpful. But classrooms are old but they are building new block too. So, it is manageable. Canteen food is also affordable and okay taste.

Faculty: As per our department, most teachers are good but few of them are not able to deliver their teaching properly. But most of the faculty members are well educated and knowledgeable. Course is also relevant to students but non-credit subjects are too boring. But college just wants to tell about other things too like happiness, environment, IPR, etc.

Other: I came up with this college through EAMCET exam and I got a scholarship from Telangana e-pass. Our college is having good number of fests and events. One of the biggest events is Sintilleshunz where this year singer Karthik, Mad team, theory band, etc. People have visited our college and everyone have fun.

Faculty: Our faculty members are well-qualified, experienced, and helpful. They provide a strong learning environment. The quality of teaching is excellent, adapting new techniques and practical approaches. The curriculum is well-designed, and frequently updated to match the pace of the market and advancing technology. The curriculum equips the students with theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge. The semester exams are relatively moderate, the pass percentage is also reasonably high because of the assignments and periodical tests conducted by our faculty and college.

Other: I chose computer science data science at VNRVJIET for its strong faculty and hands-on data. I am interested in working with data and doing statistical analysis on data. The curriculum includes big data, AI, ML, DBMS, etc. It consists of real-world projects. Campus life is engaged with hackathons, and fests like Care Diem, which help us to expose ourselves.
